We stayed in an ADA room, and the bed was worn down and sunken in the middle. In addition to our fatigue from travel, we were dealing with a sore back from the bed. The continental breakfast included turkey bacon, microwave sausage, mini hash brown nuggets, and scrambled eggs from a carton. Everything else was prepackaged. The coffee was not good. I would recommend that you go somewhere else for caffeine. Just so you know, the entrance to the lobby is reachable only if you can walk up the steps.

One night stay all ok

It was quiet, a friendly staff and parking close by, we didn’t have to walk too far. There was a couple of pigeons who were guarding an egg on the ground, and we needed to go up the stairs to get to our room, so every time we would have to deal with them trying to attack us, but they were protecting the egg. So I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, it was an experience we will never forget. Because we knew we had to deal with the pigeons before going to our room. It’s something we will look back into, and just laugh it out.

Staff were great, and breakfast was excellent. There are two things that I would like to mention, one was that soundproof quality needs to improve. The floor was squeaking, I could hear the sounds of people walking above us, also when they turned on the shower, it was so loud from down below. I heard their shower sounds. overall it was good property, worth the money for sure.

Friendly reception staff, but room looking careworn and the bathroom had a lot of black mould on the tiling. Complementary breakfast was good.

Loved the surrounding, open space etc. Room cleanliness and break options were okay. Service could have been better.

our stay was comfortable. the pros: the room was comfy, nice and clean. breakfast was decent. grocery outlet is walk able distance. Joshua tree national park is close by.the staff were very friendly and helpful. cons: kids complained about beds sank in the middle ( they are only 130 pounds). the pool was dirty. some rooms were near the freeway, so vehicle noise is there. try to take room away from the main road. overall, a decent price for the stay and we were very happy with it.

No hot water last night. Cigarette butts everywhere around the stairwell, shower curtain wreaked of mildew, previous visitor toiletries in the bathtub. Not acceptable at all! The front desk girls were sweet! The only thing that place had going for it!

Non existent exercise room. Totally disgusting dirty pool. Broken jacuzzi.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean although somewhat run down. To our disappointment, the pool and hot tub dirty so we never used. Property exterior dirty, there was dirt and litter throughout. There was a water leak under the stairs to get to the outdoor rooms. Breakfast options limited, mostly a carb and sugar feast. This is not what I would expect from a Best Western property. I was glad to leave this morning and would not return. Don’t recommend.

This place is in serious disrepair. The pool and spa were unusable due to algae and dirt and not in operation. The room had mold in the shower and the overall condition was unacceptable for a Best Western flagged motel. It also appears that the ownership is allowing weekly/monthly renters which is easily apparent. The internet pictures are representative of the actual conditions. Avoid this place.

I have never been in a more disgusting motel/hotel in my entire life than than this one. There is clear evidence of water damage that created black mold growing in the floor and walls. It was visible all around the shower and on the baseboards, and no evidence of any attempt to clean it. The smell alone was unbearable. My entire suitcase of clothes still wreaks of mold. Breathing the mold spores has exacerbated my asthma and I have been sick since I left. The information provided stated that the pool and hot tub would be open. It was not. The breakfast was disgusting, the bacon tasted like burnt paper, I don’t think it was any type of real meat. The eggs and sausage also gross. Waffles and coffee were decent. Do NOT look at the pictures provided by Expedia and believe that’s the room or hotel experience you’re getting. I’m very disappointed in Expedia for its false advertising. This is a very unhealthy hotel to stay in, and shouldn’t be open until it’s renovated and the mold properly removed.

Nothing unique. Needs to be renovated. No cold water in bathroom sink. Toilet needs renovation. Pool is disgusting. Basically, except for the hallways, everything needs to be upgraded.

While the room was good sized and comfortable with great AC, we were very disappointed that the pool and spa were so unkept, they were not at all usable. If the owners could clean this up it would be a game changer. Don’t count on this feature this summer.
