It was close to where we needed to go. Hotel not clean including room. Bad smells in room and hallways. It was very cheap and appeared that way. Next time I won’t be so cheap for better sleeping quarters. Didn’t use any other amenities. When we went to attached restaurant that is not affiliated with hotel, we sat where we could see the pool, it was very dirty. Glad we didn’t want to swim.

Older hotel needs updating. Customer service was good

The toilet had a black ring around and the tub was disgusting with the area around the drain lifting up with a big raised crack. No way I would shower in it.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but comfortable. Facility needed some attention check in area was cluttered with material not very pleasing.

The room was clean and service is fast and friendly. We asked for ice was fast in delivery. The hotel itself has been and looks like still in remodeling mode, but I was a little surprised that Wyndam has not put newer patio furniture out by the pool. What was there was in really bad shape.

The room was not clean and the A/C didn't work properly. It was 75 on a very hot day. We left after only being there for 2 hours.

Pool is an algae pond that had insects /frogs that keep guest up if they face that side. Repairs are being done but they aren’t cleaning rooms after them. Bathroom flooded with every shower. Breakfast was waffles in bowls or cereal from dirty containers. Bedding had burns in it. Widows are not sound proof so you hear traffic and trains all night.

Old hotel in poor condition. Hotel interior, hallways and room had very noticeable musty smell. Hair dryer did not work. Desk clerk gave me a copy of receipt printed from printer that was out of ink and so faint could barely make out information. Will not return.

Last minute stay, the property is being redone so pool is down the room we had was redone and calming! Will stay again

the innkeeper was fantastic, we had some minor glitches that were on us, not him, and he went above and beyond his obligation to take care of us. nothing but good things to say about him and his staff

We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage.

Bed was very comfortable. Check in person was very helpful.

They accommodate every time for me and my three kids. It’s always a benefit to take a trip and stay here.

The staff is always so nice.

Although we arrived near midnight, the attendant was prompt,curtious and made the check in quickly.
