Good place to stay in Hamburg. Close to Central railway station and easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Old Town etc.

All staff were very friendly and efficient including reception staff, breakfast staff and the chambermaids. The man on reception who had been at the hotel for 25 years was fantastic and very good at hus job. He answered lots of our questions and made our stay extra special. Breakfast was first class. Would recommend the hotel.

Our room was comfortable and warm. The neighbourhood has a few characters, best to avoid, as the area absorbs people from all over the world and adjusts accordingly.

Good hotel, gym disappointed

Ogromny plus To możliwość zaparkowania w hotelu mojego samochodu, 15 € za dobę. Z minusów kiepski materac i poduszka oraz bardzo niestabilne wifi. Bardzo miła, kulturalna i życzliwa obsługa hotelu

We had a fantastic stay! Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customer service and the breakfast buffet was really good. Peter was so friendly and attentive to whatever we needed while we ate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

Wonderful staff friendly, location very convenient for train travel

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central railway station along the road that passes outside the main entrance. My room was very spacious and overlooked a side street so was incredibly quiet for a location so close to the train station. The breakfast was well stocked and offered a good choice for all diets. I would happily stay there again.

Hotel was close to train station and subway

Good stay - hotel is very well situated between 2 Underground stops which get you directly into city centre, exhibition centre Messehalle and the airport! My room was big and comfortable. Only downside is that at breakfast two days running it felt that they did not replace the cooked food quick enough as I could not get my selection of scrambled eggs.

good hotel but unfortunately, not in the best area, the area is somewhat run down, closed business and it attracts shady people.. Excellent breakfast, with ;large choice of foods, attentive staff in the breakfast room and reception. Room was small but quiet. Overall a good hotel despite the location.

Hotel is good but location is not! A lot of homeless people and junkies doing drugs in the middle of the street. I was affraid of walking back to the hotel especially in the evening. I would have chosen a different hotel for sure if people would have been tell this in the reviews. Drugs were a well kept secret and I don t understand why!
