Modern boutique hotel in a quiet and convenient location for exploring Santiago. We paid to include breakfast, but we shouldn’t have done so - the buffet was very limited and does not cater to allergens and intolerances. Better to get breakfast across the street at Brekkie, or another cafe. Easy walking to nearby malls and shops, and easy to order an Uber to anywhere further afield. Remember to pre-order your Uber if you have a really early flight from SCL.

Hotel location is great - walkable to MUT or to the Costanera Centre, both of which have good shopping and food. Our Suite was clean and comfortable - we noticed the size of standard rooms as we walked down the corridor and they looked cramped; I’d stay here again BUT wouldn’t book anything less than a Suite (which comes with a small sofa/couch). The room was good apart from the bathroom sink which was tiny with a huge tap, so you could wash your hands but it was hard to clean your teeth without spitting toothpaste all over the tap or countertop. Room included a mini-fridge. Breakfast was a simple buffet with limited selection. In hindsight. I should not have paid extra to include the hotel breakfast, but should have eaten out. There’s a place called “brekkie” almost opposite the hotel, or a great gluten-free place called “VOP” about 6 minutes walk away - both were way better value than the hotel breakfast. DO NOT PAY for your room (when you check in) in CLP cash or on a debit card because they add tax - pay when you book through Hotels.com, or at check-in by USD Cash or Credit Card only (not CLP cash or any Debit Card). Just to repeat, we would stay here again BUT in a Suite, and would not pay the extra for breakfast, but would eat elsewhere.

Nice place. Spacious room. Could not check in even one second early despite arriving at 8am. Treadmill broken in gym.

The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the room was really clean with the housekeeping staff doing a noticeably exceptional job. The area was safe and convenient to the Metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend this location.

They told me that I would get a bottle of prosecco with my stay which I didn’t get (there wasn’t in the room where they said it would be. Also because I didn’t have the paper with my entry to the county they wanted to charge me 19% additional taxes. That is not disclosed anywhere.

The hotel is very nicely located in a nice area. The only downside was the extra charge for the coffee capsules, which is extremely odd. That should come as a courtesy. All else was good

Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free...

Wonderful Staff and location, however during the summer dont book the penthouse , the AC is not strong enough and it is controlled by the front desk . Good value for your money

El recepcionista redondeó el valor del pago con tarjeta de credito sin siquiera consultarlo a la hora de pagar el impuesto. Lo que corresponde es que cobre el valor exacto y no un valor mayor y redondo

Great location in Santiago! Not the biggest rooms but the bed is comfortable and the entire hotel is clean.
