The rooms are clean, but small

The hotel was clean. It was well placed for walking the city.

A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there.

Hotel is located on Gran Via right accross from the Callao metro station, great location near restaurants and shopping, also not far from the Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Prado area. The breakfast is good, the room is basic but clean and comfortable. We’ll probably stay here again when returning to Madrid.

Hotel was centrally located and clean. Breakfast was complete and a good value. Overall nice older hotel and within walking of most attractions. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly to us. We definitely felt a dismissive vibe and that they were not fond of Americans.

Room was clean and hotel was very nice and great location. Short walk to everything including Prado and Reina Sofia. Hotel breakfast was really nice and restaurant overlooked the street below. Was all I needed for a 2 night stay. Had an issue with toilet running but my own handiwork saved having to call 4 ayuda.

A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible by Metro, bus and on foot, with some really good markers around that will help you remember where your hotel is. If you love shopping you have easy access to a lot of them. if you want to attend theatre performances, again lots of theatres about. The City tour bus stops also outside when you do the old town route. What we loved is coming home to chocolates left for us by the turn down team. A sweet surprise after long days out. The room was cleaned every day, and were always left a small note to say who tidied things up. The room was super quiet despite the loud environment outside. The only thing that we found difficult to figure out is how to make the AC fan run at a slower rate, so we opted to use only the sheet as cover instead as the room was relatively warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team for your superb service.

Clean, centrally located, which is great. Located however on a busy street. The room was nice and large but the bed a little too firm for our liking.
