room was in good condtion just that the hotel is on the main road and room was at the back of the car park which was subject to a lot of noise with wuth wouldnt

The room was prepared very well and was cleaned to a very high standard. The hotel team from reception, cleaning and catering all performed professionally and were a credit to your company

Clean room, restaurant, breakfast was superb, slippers and robes in bedroom, water, tea coffee facilities a nice touch and of course all the staff who were all 5⭐️ especially the ladies at breakfast. Outstanding all round.

Fantastic hotel, very centrally located within walking distance to the shops and parks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite which is very comfortable and clean. The shower is amazing and there is a tv with Netflix. Also the breakfast is very good with hot and cold food available. We loved the fact that there was a car park included which is brilliant if you are driving. We definitely would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Carlisle or other surrounding areas.
