Apprecrecie just la salle a mangé un peu petite.

Comfortable updated rooms. The bathroom was updated but I wasn’t fuss about the shower head or the lack of safety grab bars. Or the shower curtains. But not a major issue. The breakfast was appreciated and standard. Not a great deal of seating and the “offerings” were lacking in some areas. Empty and not replaced. Apart from the “new” yogurt machine. This was a bit of a wait to have the contents replaced. I think I prefer the individual containers with more choices. Plain would’ve nice. The gluten free selections were also appreciated. Not an easy task to please everyone 😉

Je n’ai aucun commentaire majeur à formuler concernant mon séjour. Toutefois, j’ai remarqué que le plancher de l’ascenseur est demeuré sale pendant toute la durée de mon séjour de trois nuits. Un nettoyage plus fréquent de cet espace contribuerait à améliorer l’expérience des clients et à maintenir une meilleure impression générale de l’établissement. Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Room was clean and spacious. Location for a one night stop was great.

We just needed a room for a one night stay to attend a birthday celebration and this fit the bill perfectly.

Very clean room. Pool was great. Close to other amenities, able to walk to Montana or lonestar for supper.

Cardboard thin walls. We could hear everything the room next door to ours was saying ! Kept us up at night. Breakfast was ok, but had to eat it standing since there wasn’t enough tables… Really pricey for the overall exprience! Was not a fan honestly!

Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était mal nettoyée : nos enfants ont trouvé des comprimés dans le sofa, il y avait des cheveux dans le lit et le tapis dégageait une forte odeur de saleté incrustée. Il n’était également pas possible d’ouvrir une fenêtre dans la chambre pour changer l’air, ce qui rendait l’atmosphère très désagréable. À mon avis, l’hôtel est vieillissant et manque d’entretien. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais cela n’a pas été possible. Nous avons donc dû changer d’hôtel pour notre séjour. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerais pas.

Everything was clean;staff was nice,polite and helpful;breakfast was good and delicious;easy parking;the only little adjustment i would do is have more and better channel options(most channels were repetitive and boring)

​Very disappointed with the soundproofing. We could hear everything: our neighbor's TV, people talking, and doors slamming all down the hallway. To top it off, they came in to clean our room even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean. Rooms seemed soundproof. Spacious room with microwave, kurig coffee maker. No safe though. We prefer this hotel bc there's no carpetting in the rooms which is ideal for allergy sufferrers. Ease of parking. Great location to restaurants, mall, shops, and a movie theater. 45 min. nice drive to/from Sandbanks. Breakfast is very good. There're always eggs, potatoes, beans and bacon, ham or sausage. Waffle maker. Yogourt, variety of breads, jams, cream cheese, P.b. fruits and juices. Very good decaf coffee, variety of teas. For those who like gambling, there's a casino 5 min drive away. Lovely staff.

Good property, clean room, AC sound was loud when turned on. Breakfast was simple, lacked variety. Breakfast tables were limited, had to wait for tables to clear out. Plenty of available parking space.

Biggest complaints were that the pillows (inside the pillow cases) were quite yellow and looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Also, bathroom fan was very noisy, even after they came to repair it. Needed to be replaced

Check in was smooth. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. One CON is the hallways to the rooms and elevator need circulation. They smelled musty. Pool was ok but the hot tub looked milky. It was nice to see that the next day they emptied it to clean it. Staff was good but front desk was not always there. It seemed to be short staffed.

Very expensive for basic accommodations. Room was clean, nice bed/sheets/pillows, no conditioner, sink was clogged and couch very uncomfortable. Front desk was so busy when we arrived and only 1 person working on. Friday evening (he also was very slow but did his best).
