Would not stay here again. Our room was old outdated, smelt musty, mould in the bathroom. Our bed sheets were stained. We were told our room was ready but if we wanted to check in early had to pay a fee? I can see if they had to go out if their way to clean our room but they didnt. Carpets are all stained. There is a decent pool area with a hottub and water slide good for kids but we weren't even allowed to have water bottles to drink water in pool area. They have a water cooler with small disposable cup but water was gross and warm. Location was convenient numerous amenities around.

Had an excellent experience with the front desk staff checking and checking out. Pool and restaurant looked nice though I didn't use either. Somewhat noisy.

Front Desk are not aware about our request, at least INFORM your guest if the request is not guaranted. Its not that hard! Secondly, microwave, coffee brewer and TV short circuit while we stay there, its dissapointing. Will never go back again

Hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. Hotel needs to have security on site but does not. My vehicle and many others were vandalized in the night. A lady was passed out at the front door and picked up by ambulance

Pool great for lil ones and adults. Really fun for birthday parties I’d imagine. The carts used to push your suitcases to your rooms were probably older than me (28) and very heavy. Restaurant good. Clean and they answered the operating number 2nd ring. Would stay again

Room was cleanish. Mud in hallways for days.

Hot tub is nice. Love the pool side rooms. The only downside is that it all shuts down at 9. That’s too early.

Good rate for a booking made the night-of. Will stay here again. The location was within walking distance of drop off point for Rider Express bus from Saskatoon and also within walking distance of downtown Regina.

The over all stay was alright. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathtub drain, and the bathroom fan didnt work so we had to keep our hallway door open and keep the plug closed in the drain. The smoke detector in our room would beep every few minutes. We assumed the battery was dead, so we called staff to replace it. They came and removed it and told us it wasnt battery operated so they had to completely remove it from our room. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the hotel itself was a lot cleaner than it used to be, and the new renovations have really helped the appearance in the rooms and hallways.

Never actually got to check in. Girl at front desk asked for $100 damage deposit on credit card. I didn't have one Offered to give 100 either in cash or on debit and was refused. Will never consider booking there again. Lots of other options 7's.

Pool deck was gross, no drinks or food allowed. Would have been nice to relax with a drink and snack as we watched the grandkids play. Our room had a horrible smell and was way too hot - fan was terrible!

Pool is so dated- there were kids literally jumping on the waterslide and these were bigger kids. Everytime they jumped the waterslide shook. No staff watching and no parents caring at all. Fast forward to 11pm and further- teens running down the hall knocking on doors and screaming. We called front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

The room was dirty, stains on the bath tub, stains on the headboard, sheets also had holes in them. Had kids banging on both of our doors plus the broken pool dool that slams super loud everytime someone comes in and out. Called front desk about moving rooms, couldnt, okay but lady said shed deal with the kids...kids were not dealt with. WORST possible location, crackheads and drunks roaming the parking lot all night, having fights in the lot and screaming, lots of suspicious people hanging around there. Please dont be fooled by their "renovated rooms" this is a run down hotel that had its prime in 2001, housekeeping needs to do a better job, the hotel needs to fix the pool door. I dont find it fair at all i had to pay the amount i did for that stay to be harassed the whole time. Please DO NOT stay here.
