Waterside is fun. Bit run down looking. Rooms were decent. Neighbourhood seemed okay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely consider staying here again when in Regina.

Staff was very helpful and ensured we got to the Rough Riders game! The pool and water slide were amazing. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable.

I had 2 rooms booked and the hotel couldn’t find the second one. They are under renovations so no restaurant. We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known there was no food available.

The pool area is in disrepair. Everything is very rusty. The water slide leaks and isn't super secure. The hvac overhead is rusting and crumbling. The pool is crammed full of screeching children at all times, which I suppose should be expected but is extremely unpleasant. Our room said it was renovated but was full of paint chips, gouges in the doors and walls. I can't imagine the unrenovated rooms! Other 3 rooms in our group had no working air conditioning, despite the maintenance person coming to "fix it" more than once. Honestly it's not the worst place I've ever stayed but I would not go back.

Kept up by trains going through very close to our room.

We like the location, we book here because we like the hot tub/whirlpool, pool. Unfortunately this time the hottub wasn't working! Big disappointment! The pool was fine, also this time the coffee maker didn't work.

Check in was simple and smooth. Pool is clean and maintained. Water slide was fun. Rooms are nice. Bathroom was on the small side. Would stay again.

The only down side was the questionable characters hanging around the parking lot

The exterior of the property and the front entrance are not inviting at all. Needs a good pressure wash and something to make it look inviting. Our room was located on the second floor at the end of the hallway. The elevator was dirty and the hallway carpet was filthy with many spots. Not a very inviting space at all. The room itself had been updated and was clean but I saw a lot of areas that required some attention to detail. The pool area door had a confusing message that led us to believe there was a pool closure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.. I went to ask why and was told that only applies in the winter. So it was open.. The carpet down the stairs to the pool was just as dirty as the hallway carpet. The whole grounds made me feel sorry we had booked here. The restaurant is under renovations so a very limited menu is in place. We ate elsewhere. There is no tourist information at all in the lobby. No suggestions of what to do booklets, no restaurant flyers etc. This is useful info. when your travelling. Our room was clean. There was a nail sticking out of the floor so we covered it with tape because is was very sharp. The air conditioner had water leaking out of the bottom left corner. I put my damp towel on top of the ac for a second and my towel was dirty where it had rested. At night the train was unbelievably loud. Woke us up for 2 nights twice..

The property was good but the aircon is not that cold we need to request a fan because its too hot and i have a 6 months baby hopefully the staff give us a best room because we have a baby and she cant sleep all night.

Hotel staff was very accommodating with any issues we had. However the slide is going to need an update as it does have some rough spots that can I injure the skin

As our kids were swimming, we were watching the., with a bottle or water at our table. It ws very humid in the pool area! The staff were extremely rude and demanded removing the water immediately. When we tried to explain it is just water, we were greeted with an " no exceptions!". I understand that it is probably something they have to tell everyone, but this is the only place we have been to that won't even allow water!!! They have a very nice pool area with a ton of tables and chairs, so strange you can't even have a water bottle out there!

Balcony room to the pool was nice. Renovated and clean. Pool was spacious and clean. Kiddo had fun. It was a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

Parking did not feel very safe but it was patrolled by hotel security. This helped ease our minds

Couldn't shower cause the shower wasn't working properly. Either hot or cold and was sweating away in the room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

Everything was perfect ..

It was clean, the staff was kind, the pool and hot tub were great!
