Very nice place to stay.. I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay in the hostel

Paolo and Lucas were great staff and attentive to any requests. The property itself seems a bit suspicious from the outside, however, the inside is well kept. The bedrooms and the beds were clean, as well as the bathrooms.

Julian and Roman were exceptional at customer service and friendliness. Khan and the female staff member in the restaurant were outstanding, as well. Room only got cleaned when I requested it, which was strange to me, but it all worked out. Exceptional property. This is my second extended stay and I look forward to using this property in the future! 💛

Decent hostel, rooms and bathrooms weren’t the most clean. The shower will overflow if you use maximum water pressure. Mattress was comfortable though, quiet room too, not social at all.

Great hostel just kind of far from Berlin

I asked when i booked whether i could hv a lower bunk. They responded maybe. They did and even put a sign on the bed that it was reserved. The bed was very comfortable. It wasnt too bad as far as noise was concerned.

The staff was unfriendly, he talked very impolite to us when we reached there and asked about the parking. His attitude was so bad

The clerks were kind and patient. It's incredibly close to a train station. Quiet and the temperature was good.

My room was clean and prepared when I checked-in and the staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is located next to Hermannplatz, which can get noisy and busy during the days since it's a hub for public transportation for the U-subway and busses, which can take you to all the main tourist spots in Berlin. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want to balance saving money on hotel stays and being as close as possible to transit to the tourist spots.

this was the hottest room I've ever stayed in. No air conditioning/fans and temperature was so hot I had to find another place to stay

Place was nice and clean. Super cozy and welcoming. Our room came with a bottle of sparkling water and little candies, super sweet!

Managers at the reception were friendly and helpful. The whole lobby area itself smelled very bad on Saturday all afternoon. It seemed to have been cleaned next day and there was no smell anymore. The room was clean, beds comfortable. The neighborhood is not pleasant, not a single normal restaurant around, just tiny places with low-quality fast food taking only cash for payment, untidy tables, crowds of unpleasant people, dirtiness, people smoking everywhere. It did not feel safe despite of lots of police. Would never stay in this area anymore.
