Amazing continental breakfast! Would not hesitate to book here again, if in the area.

The rooms were very good. Large. Beds a little too firm for me, but my husband loved it. Had everything we needed. No complaints!

The rooms were adequately furnished with nice quality furniture, the breakfasts were very good with a varied menu, it was so easy to get to from the freeway but it was quiet in the rooms! And it was pet friendly!!

Hot tub was closed for repairs. One small trash can in a two room suite for 4 people.

Coffee (including mocha, cappuccino) hot chocloate, and juices are available 24/7 in breakfast area. A nice welcome after a long drive. Large room was quiet even with windows open to the evening breeze

Our room was quite bare, like it was missing something (perhaps a couch). Also, I am not a big fan of tile, instead of carpet. The property around the hotel was mostly filled with restaurants and stores. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

In the rooms comes with soap, oil bottles and especially actually hot water, stayed at more expensive hotels and surprisingly this place is worth WAY more than any of them. the beds are a little stiff but to each there own and the pillows are comfy. The TVs have a cable box with a detachable hdmi cable which is also rare with more expensive hotels. Overall good vibe, good care, and the juice is amazing!

The staff was fun and kind. They accommodated request for extra bedding, had coffee and juice available during hiurs outaide of breakfast. Rooms were clean. A great stay.

There was a small glitch with my reservation (Expedia's side, not Best Western's) and Shannon was an amazing help! Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

The was spaceous enough, yet had a cozy feel to it. Sound insulation was very good. The location is great for planning travel around the Boise area, then return for the night.

Liked the indoor pool, it also has spa. Food in walking distance.

Friendly staff

Hotel is a little dated but in ok shape. Pool area is nice. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was my only issue. Only one person doing everything. Running out of everything and you have to wait for her to come and refill it. She was doing a good job, just hard to keep up when everything is running out. Same breakfast each day, too. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles. Limited pastries and breads. Not bad but far from good.
