We had a very nice room with a view where the minibar was included When we came for breakfast (you need to schedule a time slot) a lot of things were not available. For gluten intolerance there are less options. When we asked for some cheese (what I’m expecting paying £270 per night ) we got the answer that the hotel has no cheese Honestly- this is not acceptable, the team should even check more frequently their shirts as these did not look very clean - not sure what to expect from the kitchen

Great place for food and parking round back. The room was immaculate and very clean. Can’t wait to come back for next year.

Room was clean but could have done with another hand towel. Show cubicle very small. TV very difficult to operate - needs upgrading.

Breakfast buffet was between good and average. hotel reception required I go away until 4pm checkin anfter arriving at 2:30. Never had a hotel do that in my previous 25 trips to Britain and Ireland.

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157 , we will not be back

Room was just what we needed for our one night stay, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we had a delicious meal in the Caley Inn.

Ideal location to visit and walk around the town. Breakfast was superb and staff all very friendly. Good parking

Room was clean and recently renovated and the bed comfortable. Nice to have a coffee pod machine in the room. The corridors had an odd smell and the carpet needs replacing. The walls are thin, so you do hear people in the corridor and rooms next-door. We didn't eat there so can't say what the food is like.

Great location, great to have parking. Hotel is a bit dated, and overpriced for how small the rooms are. Still, it was good to find a place to stay last minute.
