The room had a musty smell to it and no one responded back

Was very close to gatlinburg and had an easy parking lot to get into. Would recommend to others

No coffee.

Carpet dirty. Room had dirt and crumbs.

Hot tub barely worked. Check in at a different location was unusual. It was an okay place.

The photos of the property led us to believe that the large pool with the waterfall was its pool. It is not, it is a huge fountain/water feature. The pool at that property site is maybe the quarter of the size, broken around all insides and the pool deck was falling and sloping; and slippery. It was filthy and cloudy, not sure the pump was working. The other pool near the office across the street was closed. The inside pool was a polar plunge; little kids called it colder than ice.

The room was ok. It was clean and quiet. Staff was not overly friendly. No food available at the hotel. Found one ancient Coke machine. Heat index was 100 + and the pool was closed. No explanation was provided. The main drag is within walking distance; but, the hotel is on a steep hill, so the return trip in 90 degrees was not fun.

Decent hotel room. A little dated but roomy and all the comforts of a suite. Good rate. Only problem was the shower didn’t have an inside shower mat or a no slip surface. A little risky at our age. Had to carefully hold onto the little rod inside. Otherwise a great location near downtown and a good room for decent money. Stayed here last year as well.

We went for a long weekend. In our original room the air conditioning broke on our first night. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was phenomenal! We have already discussed going back and staying at this hotel.

It was amazing Looking forward to do it again this year .

Property was under construction to revamp the rooms. Our room was one of the older rooms yet not remodeled. Elevators worked half the time, carpet was stained and dirty looking. The parking in their garage is a nightmare for the spaces are small and it seems everyone tries to sneak in and park for free. This makes the garage maxed out. We ended parking elsewhere. Wife commented that she felt she was at a run down summer camp.

Friendly Staff, Convenient to shopping and eateries..

I stayed here for two nights with my fiancé, and this place is more of a 3-star hotel at best. If you're just looking for a cheap stay within walking distance of Gatlinburg, it might be okay—but don't expect much beyond that. The service was disappointing. When we asked the front desk for clean towels or help tidying the room, it took most of the day for anyone to respond. And when they finally did, all they gave us was a bag of towels and sheets to do it ourselves—not exactly what you'd expect from hotel staff. The layout is also confusing. There are two buildings: one that looks nice but has a closed check-in center, and the actual main building a few blocks away. This setup was misleading and made check-in frustrating. The rooms near the main building also looked pretty rundown and unclean. On the plus side, the AC worked well and the room was fairly clean when we first arrived. But overall, the quality and service just don’t match the high rating. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was on a tight budget with low expectations.

Nothing to like about the property. Pool is still closed and covered over. Room was clean, but out of date and pool side door had been repaired many times from being kicked in. Came back to room on last day there and found the other door standing open. Nothing missing. Room had not been serviced at all. so who entered the room.

This was misleading, the room that I booked was definitely not the one in the pictures, it was old out of date, dirty, the air conditioner barely worked, it was clicking on and off all night, kept me up, my son was flicking spiders of the sofa bed, the ice machine dirty, the door would lock but cracks, most horrible experience I’ve had with an hotel, looks run down outside, only 4 cars in the parking lot and I see why… just glad it is over with and headed home! Wish I would have taken pictures…: especially of the air conditioners!

Second year here and we have enjoyed both stays!
