Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Fair price. Quiet night sleep. Lots of parking for a large pickup truck. Excellent meals in restaurant.

Clean room, staff were really nice, the restaurant had great food and the pool is just a bonus. I loved how its inside and surrounded with all the hotel rooms with balconies looking over.

Everything was great! Staff was great! The food in the restaurant was fantastic! Only complaint I would make is that the hotel needs to make a rule for adults only for the last 1 hour from 8:30pm-9:30pm in the pool and hot tub. It is FULL of small kids from open to close.

The gym could defiantly use an update and reorganization, Overall it's got a real resort feel to it, especially with an awesome atrium! We will defiantly be back!

Staff was friendly, room was very clean (great job housekeeping!) large room for family was great after travelling from Vancouver island with kids , easy check in/out . Very fun lobby and pool area. Room was quiet . No close restaurants for families except McDonald’s. Hotel restaurant menu not great for young kids and very pricey.

Nice property, stayed there many times

Everything was clean and in order. The restaurant was fantastic. Two small suggestions. Add USB charging outlets to the bedside desks. Add a lamp with an outlet at the work desk in the room. It would have been nice to pug in my Laptop at the work station.

The Coadt was great however in the future for guest staying I worry to keep all sports teams on designated floors as I felt there was a lot of disrespect from children not being watch by there parents as hockey balls flying at us going room the pool to our room and lack of dis respect when calling down to from desk as parents weren’t be responsible of making children be respectful to other patrons of the hotel . We were not there for a tournament it was personal use and being hit hard in back , legs and the face with Hockey Balls is unaccustomed behaviour in a hotel.

This place needs a serious update, definitely showing its age. Many things need repairs, beds are worn out, noisy pipes, etc.
