Great staff, location and breakfast

Room was very small for the price. Some difficulty communicating with staff in English (our bad for not speaking Spanish).

Comfy bed, Old style hairdryer needs updating. Limited choice at breakfast and short supply of cutlery/plates/cups Hotel staff helpful when pushed. Needs updating maintenance

A warm welcome at check in and the room was as promoted. Comfortable bed, great shower and good bathroom overall. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Location is ideal for dining options, walking distances to most everything and safe.

Man at the front desk was not very friendly. Good location, however the breakfast was terrible for what we paid. Not many options, baking was stale. Average hotel

Hotel clean and beds comfortable. Perfectly located with plenty of history and restaurants. Breakfast was expensive for what was available.

The only thing we are not really happy about is that the receptionist had refused our asking for taxi, saying they don't do it, which is weird...

Great location

This hotel is in the center area. The front street of the hotel had so much dinning choices. Also it’s easy to walk to Alhambra & other visitor’s location. However, the reception wasn’t knowledgeable enough to point me how to go to Alhambra except saying taking a bus. Another complaint was 2 days ago we contacted the hotel about our car parking question but no replied at all

Miscommunication of the available parking areas in case the main ones are full. They need a better map with street names or something that can be referenced by Googlemaps. Small room sizes and noisy cause you’re in the centre of everything.

The front desk was very unhelpful when we arrived. When we asked for help, she told her we will have to manage on your own. they absolutely do not know the meaning of guest services You have to park in a parking garage, which was difficult to find. The spaces are so tight that the attendant has to come out and give you directions. Also, it’s very full $21 a day you cannot drive up to the front of the hotel since its entrances in an alley. The breakfast was like a continental. we asked at the front desk if somebody could help us with our luggage and she said no one was available. They also leave the front desk about 8 o’clock so you’re on your own. The room is lovely. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay after the initial shock of having to manage all that. If you have a car, just be prepared.

Perfect location, within walking distance to Alhambra, restaurants and shopping

Great location, the parking for the whole city is a mission, regardless of what any booking site might state, there is no parking, very few hotels have any, you have to park at a public parking lot and that could mean a 15 min walk or a 5 min walk to your hotel, the one we used with the hotel was a simple 15 mins walk,no fault of the hotel, that’s the way the city is setup. Rooms were clean, not sound proof but quiet, we could hear some neighbors at night, we decided to stay a second night and rebooked and the second room was way quieter, so it’s a hit or miss on noise as we were at the end of the hall the second night. A/C was cold, good wifi and the moment you step outside, there is great restaurants within 100 meters. The breakfast was a simple continental, great to hold you off until lunch time. We would rebook if we return to the city.
