Receptionist is as rude as it comes: give us a much smaller room than the advertised pictures, then asked me to pay more if I want to get the one in the photo they sent to my booking. To top this up, she is arrogant and has abrupt manners. When asked to provide her name so I could talk to her manager, she gave me a fault name as she does not worn any name tag. She then kept us waiting while she deals with other matters while we just stood their after a long trip. Our time was wasted around her issues.
The room is worn and dated. The bed and bedding are in need of renew. Window is facing a car park so noises came through early morning. We couldn't wait to get out so did not have any meals there. There is a general sense of uncleanliness.
Best western is a brand I frequently used but this particular franchise is not up to the chain standards. Please rectify, thanks
