The hotel is so dirty, there were ants all over my room. The room is super small. Not clean. The glasses in the shower room was smelly Same as at the breakfast Very dirty

The staff was very helpful.the location was great. The building is nice but being an older hotel the rooms are a bit small.

We arrived late, however for the entire time we didn’t receive the parking QR code. Turned out to be the staff wrote down my email wrong (mess up with my last name). Do we had to pay 75 Euros extra for the parking plus 40 minutes extra to find the parking garage. After 8 hours driving and mid night, it was a bummer. Then the room sheets were smelling from something. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom door handle was falling off and during our entire stay, no one seemed to care about it. For entire 3 days stay, we only got 1 bottle of water on day one. So I cannot give any positive feedback unfortunately.

Our stay at Hotel Grand Francais was fantastic. One of the most underrated elements was that there was an amazing cocktail bar associated with the Hotel that was standout. The location felt very secure, was convenient to a ton of restaurants. The room was very clean and service was great. The breakfast spread was also delicious. Cafes and restaurants seemed to open quite late, so would recommend taking advantage of the breakfast. Would absolutely stay again when in Bordeaux!

Beautiful hotel, in perfect location for walking distance to whatever you fancied. Very kind and friendly staff, sophisticated bar within the hotel.

The room was clean. Working the heater was complicated. The staff was very helpful. It is in a beautiful part of town, near the longest shopping street in Europe. Highly recommended!

Only downside is trying to get to the hotel as it’s in a pedestrian zone

Staff were really good. Location couldn't be better and the hotel building was beautiful. Rooms were a bit small and bathroom door was see through which is the only criticism. Didn't affect the stay and. We're looking forward to returning

The room had everything you could need but was pretty small. Sadly the plumbing from other rooms was noisy in our room

The room was perfect-Love the balcony and the staff went above and beyond helping us with parking!

Didn’t stay for breakfast, staff were good bar was good only downside was the room wasn’t ready till 3 pm which was inconvenient.
