Breakfast was served too early for us to partake.

Staff in the breakfast area started putting things away before the end of breakfast time and were annoyed when people requested items. Sports teams staying in the hotel opening and closing doors multiple times early 6:30 am with no regard for other guests -no other guest should be in areas in the middle of "teams"areas"

Great bed and awesome pillows, newly renovated rooms. The A/C didn't work good and the rood created lots of noise. Decent breakfast.

Stayed here multiple times the location is perfe t for anything your doing. Hockey concerts, plays, w.e it is. They have everything ckoae too.food chains, higher end dinning experiences, shoppign nearby. Downside the securtiy door on the main floor is horrible. Wa over half way down the hall and it would wake us up. 2 3 4 5 am. Maybe put up a sign to warn guests. Room we had was hopefully being ipgraded as we had only 1 bedisde table and no dresser at all.. which ws just odd. But the staff have always been great and rooms are clean

Clean rooms, professional and friendly staff, with ok amenities. The complimentary breakfast was ok.

Super busy hotel and somewhat noisy on the weekend I stayed. Front desk staff were great!
