Very good

Our stay was good. They were short of help so we did not request housekeeping. Breakfast was good. Beds comfy.

Well the tolilet bolts were very lose and the toilet was rocking sideways and front and backwards into the wall and also in the bathroom walls had missing chip paint and definitely needs to be repainted the ac. / heating wall unit needs repair or replacement it very noisy and the pool was not open and ready this very disappointing especially since it's an indoor pool not outside it should be ready to go 365 days a year unless it needs major maintenance or repairs also my wife and i had trouble with the shower to maintain a constant even comfortable temperature all the time the shower would get extremely hot and than extremely cold no matter how much adjustment we did wit h the hot cold mixer vavle im guessing this motel is 20 years or older and definitely needs a major overhaul in remodeling and repairs i reall do not think my wife and i would stay there again i wolld possibly like to get a phone call from the best western reap. Great stop and stay

The pool and the ice maker not working . But my room is clean and calm. The clerk who check me in was so welcoming and kind! What a super surprise after a long dusty day in the road !

Just stayed for one night,no complaints all conditions perfect.

Nice and quiet place. Comfortable beds, and our room was very clean. The people working there were extra friendly and welcoming.

Easy check-in for my husband who arrived before myself. Friendly staff and good price.

The app states the pool and spa are available from September to May, which would include April, but it’s not available in April. It’s empty and padlocked shut. I recommend fixing the pool’s availability. Maybe they meant May to September but that’s not what it says. The app says there’s an elevator. There’s not. I recommend fixing that information. The app says the facility is smoke free. People smoke on the balcony just outside your door. My eyes were burning in my room one night. Not sure if somebody was smoking in the room next door or on the balcony then. Employees smoke just outside the rear office door. Maintenance suffers here. Window missing on one unit. Room has cracks in sink and shower. Mold/mildew/other people’s hair in shower. Shower head leaks and sprays water against wall and ceiling. Lights are dim. Turntable in microwave broken. Hot/cold plumbed backward in sink. Ice machine did not produce ice on several attempts. I did not get the room I booked and paid in full for a month before our stay. All staff we interacted with from the adults in the front office to the high schoolers switching over the rooms in the morning were pleasant and seemed to be interested in doing a good job and in providing good customer service. It’s clear this motel’s shortcomings are not a staff issue but a management issue with not investing in itself to produce a product consistent with the Best Western name. I felt duped by the 7.8 out of 10 average on Hotels.com

Oh so dirty, bathtub and bathroom so nasty and dirty.

Everything was exactly what was described and what I expected, except that it was labeled as having an indoor pool, and it ended up being an outside seasonal one so I didn’t get to swim. Other than that everything was good.

Friendly employees, breakfast was basic but convenient, room was clean and comfortable. My only real issue was the security chain on the door. We were not able to engage it because it was too short! That made us really uncomfortable (yes we reported it, no we didn’t request a new room because it was so late and we were already ready for bed) so we placed the table & chair in front of the door for the night.
