Front Staff were excellent. Room was quiet and well maintained. Continental breakfast was adequate but could use an upgrade with a few more options.

Staff was super kind. Bed is hard and bedding thin. Coffee machine is set up in bathroom by toilet. So gross to do that. Breakfast was decent. No elevator.

Needs upgraded. Why would you have carpet upstairs in the hallways and stairs. It smelled like piss and old feet.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Check in was fine. The bathroom had hair in the shower and behind the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. There was something spilled all over the wall in the room. I got home and had 4-5 bed bug bites on me. I prayed that I didn’t bring home any critters.

The tub was not as clean as it should have been had a lot of residue. My son’s room was just the same regarding the tub. However room was in great condition.

Nothing fancy, but was great for an overnight stay. Was attending a graduation and it was a close to the campus and very convenient. The morning and evening front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The beds were firm and comfortable. The only thing that made it a less pleasant experience was the train in the distance that came through several times during the night. The interstate traffic noise did not bother us at all. Decent breakfast included.

We love staying at this hotel every time we are at San Marcos,for its cleanliness,spacious rooms,amazing breakfast,good personnel’s and vicinity to rio vista river.💞😀💕

Very nice employee

It wasn't terrible, very outdated, no stairs, bed as hard as a rock and the room has a musty old smell. I went an bought lysol and clorox wipes and gave the room a good wipe down.

The desk clerk was cheerful and very helpful. The bed was comfortable.
