Very nice place. Felt like there could have been more of a variety with the food, but the drinks were good. We were also limited on the number of pool towels we could use, couldn’t have more without returning our old ones and room service took ours before we left so we didn’t have any towels the last day. Overall very nice place for the price and great staff.

The beach on the property was gorgeous! The staff was very pleasant. They had a disco every single night that went on until midnight and I couldn’t sleep. That was very frustrating

We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!

The staff at front was unhelpful at times and appeared irritated. Also the property needs upkeep, e.g., my shower did not work well and I had no hot water.

Food is very good. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool very nice. Entertainment does not include non Spanish speaking people , so we were unable to participate. Had to ask everyday for enough towels and wash cloths.

El hotel en buenas condiciones. La animación y actividades muy buenas. Siempre pasamos entretenidos. El personal super atento siempre presto a escucharte y resolver cualquier necesidad o situación que se presente. La alimentación buena pero podria ser mejor.

The pros: The staff was amazing…very pleasant and eager to help. The restaurant staff especially was great (Jelsin E.) Also, our room was clean (although small) and the reception area clean and well maintained. The cons: The pool areas were not maintained or cleaned often. Chairs broken and dirty, cement crumbling, and the area around the large pool it’s not very nice with sparse grass and plastic chairs. Makes the hotel look cheap. The food also was not very good. It was mostly tasteless and some was cold. The snack bar food was absolutely awful. Drinks were watered down. Hotel is understaffed and we had to wait in line at reception every day for bottled water and beach towels. There was no no one on site to help with excursions The main thing that needs MAJOR improvement is the food.

Let’s start off by saying this has been the worst resort I have ever been to. First off when I arrived they gave me a room with broken Air conditioning so they downgraded my room for the night and when I tell you that room was horrible tv didn’t work and the few channels you did get were all in Spanish . Next thing is the property details speak of 24 hour shuttle but are charging $150 to get you back and forth to the airport so about $300 just for an airport shuttle . This place is way over priced for what is being provided I don’t recommend coming here and the food was a 3/10 I will not be coming back here

This property is very generous with their check out time. They allowed us to check out at the appropriate time and also allowed us to stay at the property for lunch and use their amenities until 3pm. The food and drinks options were different every day and they tasted so good. When I visit Jaco again, I am definitely staying here.

Need more choose to dine, for an all-inclusive her was only one place to dine.

Great stay would definitely come again

Staff worked hard at keeping things clean and for the most part was very friendly. The low rating is because there were two days that my luggage was gone through and the desk lady (in training) did not seem to care too much about it. The hotel was also very Spanish friendly in all their music choices.
