Breakfast was not as good as expected, but certainly adequate

Harmony helped with my check in on night 1 & she made a fantastic first impression that will ensure that i keep this days inn in mind any time im in town. She was incredibly helpful, informative, & efficient. Definitely deserves a raise! Maria helped me extend my stay the next day & she was great as well. Very patient, helpful, & did all she could to make the process seamless. She deserves a raise as well! Honestly, everyone I've encountered here has been super friendly. I never felt like i was bothering staff when i needed assistance. They were all so welcoming. The room was clean & spacious. Plenty of pulliws & towelswere provided, as well as youtube/netflix on the tv. The shower had great water pressure & the temperature was perfect for my needs. Overall, I'd be happy to visit this location at any time.

I like that it was convenient to get to things to go and shop and eat but the water in the sink ran slow and the AC was not really cold and the shelf to hang things the anchors did not stabilize it so I couldn't hang any clothes on the rack!!

The front desk manager Midushu was extremely helpful and professional.

The beds were comfortable. I couldn't figure out the tv. There was a large carpet stain possibly burn, difficulty with toilet flushing in room 130 and problem with ac temperature control. The coffee was great with easy access and decent breakfast. Actually, okay for a price of less than $100.

Minimal interaction with staff during check in/out. Not very kind. Room smelt like it was a converted smoking room without proper remediation. Carpet was dirty and needs to be stretched/replaced as it didn't allow the for to open with ease. Had multiple knocks on my door at night from strangers. Maintenance staff was very loud while cleaning adjoining units. Saturday night large party at the pool taking up parking and causing unnecessary noise past 11 pm. Do not recommend unless you're in a pinch and need a rig over your head. It's not a destination spot

I didn’t realize it was a hotel that has the doors facing outside when I booked or I wouldn’t have booked it. People were partying outside all night. Not too loud but just a little annoying when they were smoking right into our air conditioner. The beds were very uncomfortable.
