Had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—just steps away from the famous St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market and close to many local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and convenient on-site amenities. Whether you’re visiting for business or a weekend getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the St. Jacobs area. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been a regular customer since my first visit. The staff is very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, handled by Kayleigh. She understood I needed to take work-related calls and accommodated my early check-in request without any issue. I will be back here soon. The rooms and the hotel were clean, and the location is great as well.

We paid $500+ for the jacuzzi room with breakfast included in the morning. The room was dirty. The bathroom was extremely dusty, when we moved the extra toilet paper roll from the shelf it had dust all around it as if it hadn’t been moved in at least a month or more to be wiped down. The tub had mold in and around the drainage & had a rough surface bottom to it - as it needs to be re-porcelainated. I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast, we got to choose one item off the menu. We were served very small portions for breakfast that we paid extra to be included. Also limited availability of hot beverage items at the Starbucks. For a $500.00 room per night, it could’ve been a better experience! Not sure I would pay this again.

By far one of the nicest Courtyard by Marriotts I’ve stayed at by far. The check in process was smooth & efficient, the staff here are so pleasant to deal with from front desk to housekeeping, and the rooms are extremely clean & spacious. I am a titanium elite member and they automatically upgraded me to a suite / jacuzzi tub room without asking, a lovely restaurant located in the hotel too! I recommend this location to anyone travelling to the Waterloo area. This is a wonderful stay!

Rooms were very nice, but kind of dirty. Mold in Showers, stains on the walls in some spots. Not ideal. The location is amazing. A very short walk to the St Jacobs Market. The front desk staff were pretty unprofessional, and not fun to deal with at all. The cleaning staff were great though, 10/10. It's not a bad place to stay, but could be great with some improvements.
