Fantastic Service from an Excellent Staff.

I was initially worried that our room was small and only a double bed. However everything was just perfect. Location is awesome. Close to amazing restaurants and the promenade is 4 min walk. Room was really comfortable and very functional for such a small space. We slept very well in luxurious sheets and pillows Arthur really made our stay even more welcoming. He worked at the front desk and offered to dry our few pieces of clothing. Life saver and we got to shower in the lobby bathroom as our flight was at 8pm and we checked out at noon. They provided us towels. They have free water and all kinds of coffee 24.7 and free beach towels to use during our stay. Highly recommend this cute, comfortable welcoming hotel.

Great location, but it can be noisy at night. Our sink was clogged for the entire stay. They accidentally charged the wrong value, so they treated us to free breakfasts as compensation. Nice staff and good food (but it's the same everyday).

Best location, nice clean rooms

The hotel is a perfect base for your trip to Nice and the Cote d'Azur. The location is fantastic, a few blocks to the beach and to Nice Ville st or trams. There are loads of restaurants and dessert options nearby - even a little supermarket across the street. The hotel is very charming, totally decked out in their "deck" theme - pun intended. The decor and rooms are nice and just like the pictures online. The bed was comfortable and the shower and water pressure were both great. I didn't use the TV or wifi so I cannot comment on those. Thankfully, the AC works well because it can get hot and humid in Nice. The only negative was the elevator - which seemed to sometimes work and sometimes not. Last but not least, the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Fun hotel great location plenty of amenities including a foosball table, pool table bar n lounge with complimentary sparking and regular water machines and assortments of hot beverages etc. The room was on the small side but we managed. Front desk gave some great restaurants suggestions.

Good location but better hotels in same great location. Room was clean but smelled like molded towels. This hotel could be nice but owners need to remodel asap. This is definitely like a 2 maybe 3 star hotel. The only reason I just sucked it up was the great service by the staff, especially Arthur. He called me a day before I arrived to see if I had any questions and that they were excited to welcome me. He was helpful at check in and all staff gave good tips for where to go.

The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Helpful staff, comfortable bed, 2 minute stroll to the promenade, mini market and gorgeous patisserie straight across from hotel and surrounded by a variety of good bars and restaurants. Perfect for exploring surrounding musts Monaco, Monte Carlo Eze Village and Cannes all within a comfortable distance. Enjoy x

Great, central hotel in Nice. Staff were lovely and friendly, check in was easy and our room was available straight away. We had a premier room and was a great size, clean and had all the amenities required. We were on the first floor facing the street so was a little noisy at night, but we did stay on a Friday and Saturday night so to be expected. Overall, great hotel right in the middle of Nice with bars, restaurants and shops close by, highly recommend!

We stayed here for four nights. It was close to the beach and everything was within walking distance. The room and the bathroom were clean and updated. The staff were vey kind and attentive. The only drawback was it was a bit noisy at night due to its location but it was not terribly bad.

Friendly hotel staff that were happy to help with queries and recommendations. The hotel has thoughtful touches - books to read, pool table, terrace, water and hot drinks available throughout the day. Breakfast options were plentiful with enough variety. Easy walking distance of main attractions and transport links. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we picked up our bags after enjoying a day in Nice. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had ample options. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We booked this hotel as a centrally based room for a trip to a city we were visiting for the first time with a few thousand friends for a football game, it didn't disappoint. Rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable, we were greeted with by a lovely reception team and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We aren't party all night people so finding a hotel which balanced a relaxed atmosphere with a sense of fun was perfect. Close to transport links to both the train station and the airport and just a few minutes stroll to the sea.
