Great location. Great pool, restaurant, and a free pool table in the lobby!

Nice space and great spot for a small dog walking distance to many spots

The room was spacious & very clean. staff were very helpful. The pool was very relaxing & wonderful to swim in. We made use of the billiards table in the lobby on several occasions. The hotel restaurants & bar were lovely too.

Staff courteous and willing to help out with any requests.

The room was more run-down and smaller than expected for the price. Did not look like the pictures. It was functional though. Staff was very nice.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. I will say though the roo We had was not so great.no window.we had a glass patio door that was frosted so we could not see out and also locked .we could not open it.even though there was a little patio outside.Room 101 with a kitchentte. Bed was hard ans pillows felr like tbey were stuffed with hard foam. Buffet for breakfast was poor.no bacon or sausage ,not alot of variety. Construction right next to building started at 7 in rhe morning. Was a good location and again staff were wonderdul but rooms can use updates as well as the buffet.

The room had no ventilation or opening window to allow light and air in. It was stifling and awful to spend any time I. The room. Our “patio door” was covered with a film so we couldn’t see out and was locked. I understand why they did this as we were right against the parking lot. So additionally, it was noisy at all hours. The kitchen had a coffee maker but no filters and in our eight day stay, we could only purchase one. They sell coffee in the lobby but you can’t make it in your room! The staff was great: friendly helpful and upbeat. We liked the proximity to the mall.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are kept very clean. Grounds are well maintained as are restaurants and restrooms. The exercise room could be updated but is still usable with working equipment and weights.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was on the firm side. People were lovely. The location was great. Easy walk to Huatulco beach. 20 min walk to Santa Cruz. Do not brush your teeth with the tap water.

Clean ,close to restaurants,stores,beaches ,great staff and great breakfast especially the omelettes , pastries, waffles,fruit and coffee.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and great location. We will be back.

Some issues with room

This is a very nice property, easily located near many shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good meal with pride.

The restaurant changed and not for the better. They had a great restaurant with tables and chairs not just booths. Why oh why did they change their menu!? They went to a breakfast buffet. Salty eggs, no meat and it’s expensive. They used to have a breakfast called the energetic breakfast which is why we went there. We won’t be eating here again…it’s gone for crap unfortunately!

I have stayed here for many years, but this time was terrible, found three cockroaches on arrival and everyday at least one or two would appear
