This was a last minute reservation so we could get to the airport the next morning. The hotel is generally nice with good amenities and restaurant on site. The pool is deep and long for laps and general comfort. Ashari, at the front desk was not a pleasant person to deal with at all however all the other staff that we encountered were great. The hotel was under renovation when we arrived with jack hammers and concrete cutting outside on the second level. Not great while out by the pool but noise cancelling headphones cut it down a lot. Overall, a comfortable place when not under construction with generally helpful staff aside from one.

We enjoy our time at the Biltmore hotel and loved the cleanliness of the property, friendly staff, delicious food and great customer experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belize.

As nice as it is, the staff could be a bit nicer

All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Bartenders and wait staff and the front desk agent who checked us in are to be commended! Beds are super comfy!! Several options for dining, sipping and fun. Pool was perfectly set amongst the most beautiful scenery. Hotel location is very convenient too! Cons: construction/renovations going on EARLY in the morning right next door EVERY morning. Also hskpg would wake us early in the morning before we had a chance to even get up. Hspkg never replaced the shower gel when it ran out... even after I requested it and reminded her. The last 4 days we had none. There is a smell of sewage coming from the sink or drainage system. This was a daily sore. When renovations are complete, this will be top notch for choices to stay.

Very nice rooms

The hotel is lovely property, the BW beds are always great. The amenities coffee shop, wine bar and the food at the restaurant was good but the serving staff were so slow. Friendly enough but so slow. Front Desk personal very pleasant

Pros: LOTS to say about the Best Western in Belize City! First of all the staff and everyone in Belize is sooo super friendly and helpful with whatever you may need! When you first step into your room all you smell is CLEAN!!! You can tell these folks take care of not only their guests but their property! The two women working at the bar really made our experience 10x more amazing, and treated us all like second family. The hotel provides transportation via shuttles, not only to and from the airport, but ANYWHERE you want to go on the island, and for such an affordable price. They also have tours available and if you connect with the drivers and tour guides you may even score a better deal for your excursions. The property has wheelchair accessible walkways and rooms which is great. The restaurant had a free buffet when we went with some nice local cuisine and they also had a karaoke night, so plenty of activities and opportunities for guests to do from the hotel. There’s also a gym and everywhere throughout the hotel is very well cooled, which is great for beating the Belize heat. Cons: Not many cons, but lots of construction going on when we went, (late August ‘25) so lots of noise early in the morning. Pillows were hard as rocks, so sleeping was not great. Pretty high prices for food at the bar & Restaurant, and the local food is much cheaper & better tasting. Tours and excursions are also a bit overpriced if you can find deals on third party sites. Overall 4.5 stars!

I wasn't there long enough to give a detailed assessment. I was there less than 24 hours and I didn't have time to enjoy the property.

With the exception of the restaurant manager and the bartender at the pool bar. The waitstaff at the restaurants and cafes were not friendly at all.

Loved everything, my only issue and the reason for 4 stars is when I took a shower, water would leak on the floor and outside to the bedroom area. I don’t know where it was coming from because everything was insulated but I just used extra towels to keep the floor dry.

Stay there often enjoy it every time this Stay not so much Room 111 drilling & hammering next door During the day until late in the Evening shower goes not drain completely Room Should not be used while Work is going on next door.

Stayed one night due to arriving in Belize City after hours.. next morning caught the water taxi to San Pedro! Great place to stay if arriving after water taxi hours.. they have shuttle service to the water taxi station!

It was a perfect place to stay after a travel day.
