Stayed at this hotel in March of 2025 for the NCAA Tournament at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. Wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars because it deserves it. Nice, quiet and clean location. All the hotel staff I encountered were friendly, aiming to help and willing to go out of their way to improve my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the fitness center was perfect for my morning exercise. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons I chose this hotel and they were excellent too. Breakfast the hotel served had plenty of options and was always very good. On Wednesday evening they served a dinner for guests which was delicious and convenient for me since I checked in on a Wednesday and was too exhausted from traveling to fix something on my own. If I visit the Providence area in the future I will definitely be booking this hotel, again!

Front desk was very pleasant and informative. Hotel room was very clean, breakfast tasty and the kids enjoyed the pool!

the air conditioner in the closet in the room is loud and cycled all night. Service was great when we had a small problem with ants in one area where housekeeping missed a very small piece of food on the floor. they took care of it immediately and no issues fir rest of the stay. Kids love the breakfast and the front desk woman was so friendly. We also enjoy the pool and hot tub We stay here about 5-6 times per year.

We enjoyed it very much.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The pool was the only thing that seemed to be dirty. We were the first ones in the pool in the am and there was a bandaid and a huge ball of hair at the bottom of the pool. There was also hair all around on the floor.

My flight was canceled from Myrtle Beach and I had to call and say I obviously couldn't make it. Clerk was rude and she displayed zero humanity. I was driving in traffic and didn't catch her name but it was Thursday, March 13 around 3ish maybe. Wish I had spoken with Ryan for some creativity. I am a Hilton Grand Vacation owner and Honors member. Not the service I am used to. Brian

A memory we will never forget! If you stay at a hotel staying at the suites here is the way to go! Much more room to spread out. The only frustration was the key card system. We kept getting locked out of our room because the card needed to be reset. The breakfast included wasnt that great either.

It was alright

This property is OK but I won’t stay here again for two particular reasons. First, I reserved a room with a King bed which I did not receive at check in. Second, a parking fee to park at this hotel is absurd. It’s not Providence where parking is a premium and they valet your car. A parking fee for a hotel in the middle of an industrial park is a rip off.

Property was spacious and well kept. Helpful signs. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nice smiles and affable personalities.

Very comfortable room and the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel!

Accommodation was just ok, beds comfortable. Room clean but somewhat dated. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast setup was a mess - dining room not clean, staff couldn’t keep things moving efficiently - missing forks, napkins, juice, food stuff emptied, etc.
