Excelente hotel, personal muy amable. Llegamos temprano y por venir de un vuelo de 12 horas nos dieron la habitación sin ningún cargo extra.

Would not stay again. The hotel is a mix of new and desperately needing renovation. Our fridge did not work, the lighting in the room was ridiculous, we booked a suite because we have kids and the living room lights only turned on with the bedroom lights, so we were unable to put the kids down and relax in the other room unless we sat in complete darkness. The tvs came with Chromecast, which was cool, but didn't work (internet was too slow to render, and on the other TV it didn't work at all) The bathroom sink we very discolored and yellow. And TO TOP IT OFF the lamp in the living room was broken, and in hindsight we should have said something, but ended up finding out that the hotel charged us $200 after we left because "we broke it". Criminals.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff all at reception were fantastic.. it could do a bit to improve on the breakfast. Not many varieties, I liked the pastries though

The hotel is in a great central location and the room was spacious and mostly quiet. However, the experience felt mixed. We arrived at 7 pm and the room was still not ready. They were still making the beds for our kids. The room had a strange mix of old and new, with parts clearly just left as they were before and others recently updated. Both TVs in the room were not set up correctly, which was frustrating. Parking was expensive. Overall, decent stay for one night, but the service and upkeep left room for improvement.

Excellent front desk Very clean, and the breakfast was delicious

VIP benefit said continental bf for one. We were confused so we booked bf buffet for 2. We got to hotel and we received the VIP voucher stating one breakfast a day free. Still not clear what sort of bf so too bad . Apart from that hotel staff were wonderful. Early check in, nice bf and free water and apple and jelly babies at reception.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. We walked everywhere and felt that the area was safe.

Convinient loctation. Hotel is suitable for a one night business trip.The property is a need of renoivation, breakfast is abundant but the same every day. My family members had to move. Cleaniness is average. A lot of spot and old bathroom appliance

The worst attitude..AC not working and claiming it’s Ecosystrm issue.. very poor manner and attitude trying to convince me that the AC was working.. they changed our two rooms the day after with an official working AC ? The employees were very rude and impolite and entered my room without permission while my family lying on the bed .. I have never faced such an attitude in my life in a hotel

Door did not close properly but Expedia included vip, which included breakfast. Worth the stay for that and the location

Location was okay. Dining options are limited to tourists trap mostly. Convenient for LGBT friendly bars and clubs. The property is very old and run down, in desperate need of a facelift. Shower water smells, bathroom was also stinky. The bed was alright and the night went by super quiet, that was very nice!

The location is very good in that it is walking distance to Zeil Street, the main shopping area of Frankfurt City. There are good dining options around it. Right beside the hotel is a nice Thai restaurant for a fine dining experience. One block away is where other dining choices exist ... Italian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and a MacDonalds as well. The hotel itself is like a boutique hotel. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a corner suite instead of a deluxe room that we originally booked.

The property looks 100x better in pictures than in person. The carpets in the halls were stinky, there were splatters on the walls in the hall, no working A/C in the room, the refrigerator was barely cold.. was charged for the room when it was already paid for. They had to reverse the charge. Would not stay again
