The property is well located, safe and clean. Unfortunately, we had an issue with people heavily smoking in the neighboring room. After three sleepless nights and after calling security, they finally moved us to a different floor. This is too bad since the property is otherwise a good option downtown Barcelona.

What we like most about this property is the buffet breakfast. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

They didn’t give me the room that I booked from Expedia site , no tea or coffee in the room, very noisy and crowded no restaurant close by.

The location of the hotel is perfect and in close proximity to all the shopping and metro. We were able to check in early as well. One thing is the AC unit wasn’t working properly and it felt wet and humid in the room, they looked into it and nothing changed.

It is a convenience location. The room is good size. Staffs are friendly and helpful to provide local attractions around the hotel. It is an older building but was upgraded with quality materials years ago, not in recent fashion but elegant.

Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Air conditioning is vary by rooms as I got 4 rooms and one of them is not cold enough. The free coffee is excellent for breaks.

The hotel was well located and of decent quality for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning was available daily and Drawbacks - elevators and air conditioning were showing their age. The bedding and towels were lower quality, and the WiFi was absolutely terrible in our room. Cell service was also poor in parts of the building so if an internet connection is important to you, you’ll need to ensure you’re in a room with better cell service or close to a WiFi point.

Very clean, big rooms great service

Wonderful experience. We came a bit earlier and we were able to access the room. We were also able to leave our bags after our stay for couple of hours. Very clean and friendly staff.

Location is excellent- close to restaurants, shopping, stores. Breakfast buffet has good variety of food to choose from- fresh fruits and juices, breakfast pastries, can order omelette. Not included with our stay but price is reasonable. Our room had an extra sink/vanity area so it was pretty decent size room

It was a nice hotel, well located in the heart of Barcelona. We enjoyed very much.

This was probably the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The were very kind and got us in early when our flight was changed, however the room they gave us on the first floor must have been next to the housekeeping closet because they started slamming the door at 7:30 every morning, right through until the afternoon. The listing said noiseproof rooms, however we could hear the toilet flush above us, and the guest stomped so loud one night pacing the room that we almost had to call the front desk. The first floor looks nothing like the photos and is a dungeon. The windows look below grade and get no light. I absolutely would not have booked this hotel. Staff was very nice though.

Very nice hotel, only bad thing I would say is the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything in the corridors when in the room

Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The room was OK except for 2 “issues”. Beds were too soft and the shower head did not work that well.

Very nice location, can walk to everywhere. The breakfast is nice. The room is clean, but sometimes you can hear the next door.
