Very clean, big rooms great service

Wonderful experience. We came a bit earlier and we were able to access the room. We were also able to leave our bags after our stay for couple of hours. Very clean and friendly staff.

Location is excellent- close to restaurants, shopping, stores. Breakfast buffet has good variety of food to choose from- fresh fruits and juices, breakfast pastries, can order omelette. Not included with our stay but price is reasonable. Our room had an extra sink/vanity area so it was pretty decent size room

It was a nice hotel, well located in the heart of Barcelona. We enjoyed very much.

This was probably the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The were very kind and got us in early when our flight was changed, however the room they gave us on the first floor must have been next to the housekeeping closet because they started slamming the door at 7:30 every morning, right through until the afternoon. The listing said noiseproof rooms, however we could hear the toilet flush above us, and the guest stomped so loud one night pacing the room that we almost had to call the front desk. The first floor looks nothing like the photos and is a dungeon. The windows look below grade and get no light. I absolutely would not have booked this hotel. Staff was very nice though.

Very nice hotel, only bad thing I would say is the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything in the corridors when in the room

Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The room was OK except for 2 “issues”. Beds were too soft and the shower head did not work that well.

The hotel is in the center of everything. The food choices at the buffet were great. We stayed at the property for 4 nights.

Front desk was amissed. Some members of the crew are really knowledgeable, but the ones that I kept getting from the room service were either new or do not belong in the hospitality industry. They were not willing to help us to find a replacement for the room service, which was based out of the hotel. We also asked for help booking an attraction, and the gentleman was not knowledgeable or savvy enough to help us to get it booked. Rooms here are subpar to service of other rooms around the area.

Staffs are really friendly and nice. Location is convenience if you are looking for restaurants to eat or shopping. However, perhaps the building is old so it’s very nosey while others are walking in the hallway.

When we first went in the room, found that there are a few stain on the bedsheet, which affect the first expression. Then we try to connect WiFi but failed, hotel mentioned it cannot be fixed the first night because of the weather. As a traveller, the internet connection is a key part which is a shame and unacceptable. However, day 2 when we backed to the hotel, the internet still not fixed. They did not offer us to switch room until we reached out to reception for twice. The new room does not have the balcony which is the whole point of me choosing this hotel at first. Such a bumpy and tiring experience which I don’t think this is the service offered by a four star hotel. A few good reviews: Great location, nearby the city center so you can access elsewhere easily; A complimentary champagne due to our special celebration request.

I had an excellent experience staying at Acta Atrium. The staff were friendly, especially Priscilla and another lady (of Italian origin). Additionally, the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. I would recommend Acta Atrium to anyone going Barcelona. I was a bit apprehensive initially coming from the UK but the hotel lived up to the 4 star rating.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Excellent and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. A little noisy from the kids playing in school yard behind hotel. Would stay there again.

The rooms were dated. Very poor for a 4 star hotel. Robes and slippers were a nice touch.
