Great property under going construction so it’s a little torn up. The pools and common areas are in amazing shape.

Rudy at the front desk was super friendly and very professional. Helped us when the kiddos lost our room key. Easy access corner room beautiful views

Water leaking from the wall. Noise coming from behind that wall where it was leaking water. Great customer service…blender didn’t work. Took it to front desk and quickly swapped it out. Ty

Everything okey except de parking lot, I reserved 2 rooms - 7 people with babys and grandma. they allow me to park only one car, it was a real problem for us.

The condo is a decent size and the views are great. The condo is in need of a refresh! It’s dingy and old. But the worst part is that the kitchen is overrun with roaches. It’s real bad!

The pickleball courts and short walk to the beach

Stayed here for a week with our family of 20+. We rented 4 condos. Had plennnty of room in the 2 bedroom condos. Great location close to beach. Wonderful pools and outdoor bar. Annnd parking policy STINKS! Plan to park next door if more than one car per condo.

Great accommodations and access to the beach! We very much enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and had all the essentials. The staff is awesome!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Rudy from front office was great! The property is clean and convenient to access the beach. Our daughter also especially enjoy the tennis courts.

Room was okay. A little outdated. AC worked great. Bed was not so comfortable. Refrigerator had a bad smell. Basic living quarters but we didn't plan on spending our time in the room anyway. Great location for accessing the beach. A short walk. 3 pools on property. Overall, we would stay here again considering it was very inexpensive.

Love this place. I have stayed other places and they just don't feel right. This is my go to place when I come to the island. It feels like my home away from home.

Everything was great.!!! We really had a great time. Staying there for almost 5 days very relaxing love how it’s situated close by shopping stuff. The only thing is that they have old furniture, but that’s OK.

Ac sucked bad very warm in the room. The ceilings had black mold growing on them. The was puddles of water from under the ac vents and when staff was told they sent someone to clean it who told us it was because we just came from the beach when we actually had just arrived and checked in. Amazing pools and hot tubs very close to the beach!!

We love it here and have been coming since it opened. Staff is amazing and so are the rooms. So convenient to the beach and the grounds are immaculate. Definitely a 10!

Long weekend trip. Two full days at beach. Really nice time w good weather. Property has lots to do if you are willing. Check out the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville! Really nice zoo.

Only one vehicle allowed but the property didnt communicate that

Checkout was 10am. Hotel requested to remove sheets from bed, trash from room all dishes clean. We did all that, swept the night before and still got hit with a $60 cleaning fee. Parking lot spaces are too small for suv, and is too congested for that size of hotel. Other than that, great tennis courts beach access and really good restaurants near.

Great place to relax, walk around the beach and enjoy tennis courts and bar
