Stayed in the hotel for two days mid-September during family trip to north of Spain. Hotel is located within a few minutes from old town still close to very good restaurants. We spend a few hours with a drink in the hand just watching the waterfront view from our window! Parking is external but is very convenient and has an elevator directly into the hotel - better than some hotel parking I've seen. Very attentive stuff, we got a welcome gift that we appreciated very much! Room cleaning was done really well and thorough. Overall - exceptional experience and will not hesitate to book Vincci Puertochico hotel if I end up in Santander one more time!

Excellent stay at the hotel - very good location and beautiful sea views over marina. Safe helpful and friendly - made the stay personal and special. Lovely breakfast and rooms tastefully decorated. Would stay again!

Perfect location looking out over the marina but make sure you have a sea view to enjoy it. Staff members were excellent especially the lovely gentleman who did the breakfast service.

I love this hotel. I chose it especially for the views of the bay, the boats, and the mountain. The staff is friendly and ever-helpful. There is an on-site restaurant with amazing food and a bar in the lobby where you can meet up with friends before going out. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Excellent View!

This was not my usual Santander hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. And, although the hotel does not boast a restaurant, there is a bar with a good menu as well as breakfast. The staff were nice and it was a good, overall experience.

Good position for Santander ferry

The staff at this hotel offered exceptional service and were most welcoming and wanting to please. The hotel was clean and the room very comfortable.

Lovely room tatsefully decorated and excellent bathroom with an amazing shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for exploring Santander and would certainly stay here again.
