Great place and very nice front desk people!

Most hotels have a small refrigerator and microwave in all rooms. This place has none which was disappointing. I did have a king size bed in my room, the maid was excellent. The use of your door key card to actuate the elevator to your floor was different.

We were really excited to stay here, we saw the picture online and decided to book our stay. The hotel didn’t look as bad from the outside but inside it’s old and musty. The staff if just average, the room was old and the beds are not queen. The restroom was also old and not like the pictures showed and the water pressure was very low. It 3 of us who stayed and they literally left just one mini bottle of shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. I’ve stayed at many hotels, when a hotel is clean it looks clean but most importantly it FEELS clean. This one was old and dirty outside and inside it smelled musty and it didn’t feel clean. Also the trash can in the room had no bag. In the morning we went down to eat breakfast and we were told if we wanted to eat the “good food” it would be an additional fee, they called it a buffet but it only had like 3 dishes. We checked out and went to eat local food. We had a great time in Monterrey but o would never stay here again unless it’s an emergency and this o the only hotel available.

Staff very helpful. Very clean environment. The breakfast in the morning was very convenient. We loved it here.

Overall, it is a good hotel to stay at.

Had poor water pressure, they even moved us but still same problem with the plumbing issue no water pressure, and room took so long to get cool, and the small fridge the freezer compartment was full ice ice you could not put anything in it. I can say the breakfast was excellent and the stall at the counter and food services was also excellent.

Todo muy bien en general, el único detalle es que tienen dos elevadores juntos que operan como independientes, entonces hay que pedir ambos elevadores y toda la gente pide ambos elevadores, entonces los dos van parándose en todos los pisos.

Hotel smelled good! Only thing was bathrooms looked like they can use some remodeling

Overall, convenience, easy to walk around, quick access to the rooms. Oh, that was great.

Location

It is run down, dirty and a lot of things were broken. Not where I want to stay again.
