What a find! Brilliant hotel, location superb, lovely warm welcome, great food, especially for evening dinner, so much choice and reasonably priced too! Rooms are brilliant, spacious & cosy, loved the fire effect! Water, biscuits & hot chocolate in our room too! Buffet breakfast with so much choice, lurpak butter & jars of jam, really nice touches, great quality and outstanding value for money. The staff are all so nice and service is second to none! Highly recommend this hotel and will be returning soon!

Where to start - friendly, helpful staff, beautiful & clean room, good food both at breakfast & evening meal. We were given room 212 which a deluxe room & was probably one of the best rooms we have stayed in, in 70 years of travel around this country & abroad. It was clean, roomy, & provided all the facilities, apart from a fridge but that was minor. The staff were very polite, helpful & friendly. There were varied menus for evening meals & breakfast was buffet style but replenished regularly. Would stay again & recommend. Situated right next to the Pleasure Beach attraction.

We have just had the best time at this hotel, stayed for 2nights last weekend. Hotel staff are exceptional cannot do enough for you. Will certainly stay there again and will recommend to friends and family

Lovely staff and clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Visited on a deal that was definitely worth it. Evening meal was exceptional and the server a real asset to the hotel(didn’t catch his name he was of a shorter stature and older than the other waiters). Only down side was in our deluxe room 134 the bathroom had a horrible bad drain smell and the heating was unbearably hot on the first night . The maintenance sorted the heating thank you but the bathroom still smelt rather bad, not very pleasant if you want a relaxing bath.

Why aren't all hotel family rooms laid out the way that Big Blue and BLVD do theirs?! Such a simple re arrangement of a room that makes such a huge difference! Staff were brilliant. Food was lovely. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. The location was great with the VIP pleasure beach entrance too. And the "Make your own Pizza" for thr kids with the waiter bringing out a chefs hat and apron was a fantastic idea.
