Nice Location, Friendly Staff.

Would definitely recommend it, really kind, friendly hostess, really spacious place, few minutes walk to any major places, would definitely revisit/ rebook place. Family of 4.

David is very nice and caring. He takes the time to answer any questions, and having generational family ties to Venice, knows the city really well and gives good advice. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good, not just muffins and tea. I would stay here again.

A clean small family run hotel. It’s dated but still in decent enough shape and it’s clean. Decent breakfast and an owner who is vested in making sure his guests have a good experience. Slightly off the beaten path but that’s good as it’s still close to the major sights and it’s quiet. Great value for the money.

Hotel is difficult to find during the night as the light above the entrance isn’t working and so it is very easy to miss the building number. The door handle to the entrance also came off in my hand one evening. The hotel itself if very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is very rustic and amazing to look at. Most of the facilities in the room were as expected but the fridge wasn’t working (apparently stopped just before we arrived) so we couldn’t refrigerate bottled water. The bed is comfortable and the breakfasts were good.

Located in a quiet area of Venice and close to the Alilaguna stop, which was convenient when going to/from the airport. Davide was also very helpful and let us check in early since our plane arrived at 930M. Great place and will recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed with family for couple of days. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was polite and ready to help. I liked the location because it was quiet and away from main sites but easy to get to them.

Full of charm and authenticity. Fixtures and fittings are worn but all the better for it as this adds to the aged decadence. Breakfast was simple but excellent value at only €5 in this part of Venice.

Great location, clean room, very friendly staff.

Perfect for 1 night before heading to the airport but probably wouldn’t be able to do multiple nights. Beds were uncomfortable and had extremely thin sheets (no fitted sheet) as well as no fan or AC, but if you open the windows, you will be eaten by mosquitoes. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful with our many questions and service was wonderful.

The property was easy to find and great for st. Marco square and Rialto bridge. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and very polite. He advised us to have breakfast which was a great idea. He also gives great advice how to get round Venice so listen to what he says. When my wife and I return to Venice this will be the first play we look for to book.

Great place and easy access to every where. The owner wa very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable; clean and quiet! This property is on good location, easy access to everywhere. Entrance is through a narrow street but overall everything is very nice.

Great place and service. Very pleased with the service and details provided by the owner. Easy to find from Ospedale water bus station. Just 5 mins walk. We really enjoyed two nights of staying on the hotel!

We stayed three nights at ca bauta and the room was very clean and enough space for two. Davide was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent location to see all the sights. Highly recommended.

Davide is helpful even with late checkout, we were able to get in. I recommend this place, worth I paid for especially 5 of us with comfortable beds.
