Overall, it was a good hotel.

I have stayed here many times. It is always pleasant, clean, lodging. Nothing exceptional, but when you are traveling you merely need a quiet, clean place to stay.

Staff was very good. The property was older but very clean.

Property is poorly maintained, and the mattresses are inconsistent. Some of our crew had good sleep and others (we booked five rooms) found the mattresses to be in poor condition. An outside door did not work, and my team members had to walk around the building to get inside. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain. This property is in need of an intense refurbishment.

It was convenient to travel to and from Virginia Tech, where our daughter was graduating from. It was a great experience.

The property was a good stop for the price, however it needed som updates in the room that we were given.

The place is clean however we were woken up by an angry employee at 10:15 pm because she smelled weed and thought we were smoking so when offered to come in and check she refused and had an attitude from the moment my husband opened the door she then tried to charge our card 100 bucks but I always freeze my cards until I use them! I asked for a manager the next morning and there was none available! This lady was so unprofessional and hateful to us and it wasn’t even coming from our room!

This hotel is NOT in Christiansburg as advertised! It is past Christiansburg and in Roanoke.. 10 miles away from Virginia Tech university. This is false advertising and should be changed.

Decent property

Traveling to Virginia from Western NC to pick up a pedal car for my husbands collection. Just getting out of town and staying in a nice pleasant hotel was a great break!

Staff was excellent, whatever you needed, friendly
