Extremely clean , breakfast was very good

We love staying here in transit to and from Maine and New York every summer. Such a pleasure to know that there are great staff and a great pool! (thank you for always keeping it warm and clean) I'm sure the pool will need to be repainted/resurfaced soon (maybe wait until winter!), but it is always a joy after a long stressful drive. The only anxiety producer in town is that doordash is limited and EVERYTHING around shuts down SUPER early. Beware of that and order early, arrive early, or bring your own food. that is a bummer (and totally not the fault of the Holiday Inn!) Thanks for another great stopover.

Pleasant lobby, good breakfast, helpful staff, large room with frig.

Pool area can use improvement

Room smelled like smoke. Hair in the shower and stains on the walls.

Staffing. Very disconnected. Seemed annoyed that I was bothering him in the phone. Turns out he was on a personal call.

Great friendly staff with quick easy check in and clean modern rooms.

We always enjoy our stay here. The beds are super comfy, the rooms always super clean, and the staff is always accommodating.

They need to bite the bullet and just update the hotel because it's just, I didn't want to touch anything really, and I definitely wasn't going to touch the microwave. The couch needs to be tossed too. No cushion anymore, and filthy too.

Location was great with many restaurants, antique stores and shopping near by. The pool was very clean.

The staff did an excellent job of being friendly, helpful, and professional.

Good Service

The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was expansive given the small size of the hotel and was a great thing for our daughter. Met with business people there and had a great time in the pool!

Staff was very nice and the room was clean and quiet.

Snow was not cleared properly. Ice on the walkway and in the parking lot. No salt was put out to prevent you from falling.

Perfect except for not enough seats available during breakfast

Small pool and even smaller hot tub. The ceiling above the pool was cracked and sagging in the middle.
