Amazing staff, nice place ❤️

Hotel was nice, beautiful surroundings and ambience. Unfortunately, we were terribly sick a few days before we left and we couldn't get immediate medical assistance from the on-site medical team as there was a holiday so we had to rush to the emergency hospital which was very scary and intense. The hospital medical staff were amazing and we are thankful for their service however the hotel should put some extra support in place incase thisbhappens again especially as it involved children. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

The service can be improved.

We liked the garden and the surroundings. But our room was not clean, and had little cockroaches and ants walking around. We paid around 5oo British pounds for two nights, insulation was poor and very noisy. There was a horrible smell of sewers in entrance to our room and inside room.

Not in an ideal position and not much to be done within the facility. Didn't helped for excursion or any extra activity.

Space and organisation.

Our room/bathroom was not clean. Dusty and lots of bugs flying around.

Nice property , good staff . No VIP upgrade as promised .

Could not make a decent drink. Terrible local spirits. Food very basic and same every day. Staff at the pool not interested in serving guests.

Nice, clean and beautiful with lots choices on dining. Only drawback is transportation, you either book a taxi go anywhere which is expensive or wait for hotel's shuttle which is limited and full at busy times.

Excellent service

Friendly staff and a wonderful compound.

We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back.
