The 2 girls at the front wasnt very friendly and kinda of snotting. And was trying to call almost half the mornign to ask a few questions and no answer.

I was only at the property for less than 20 minutes had to check out because first room had roaches and the second room had a wet musty smell and trying to get a refund because I had to book another hotel room which costed me more money very unsatisfied.

The shower had rust coming out of the socket. Made us very uncomfortable.

It was a good stay I think the property needs to be updated. The staff kept it wonderfully clean but they can’t do anything about rust on the fixtures or peeling countertops. The staff was very kind and helpful, overall I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was comfortable

The room seemed clean, but there was big dead bug behind the door. Also the hardy in bathtub was rusty and there was a terrible patch job in the bathtub . Room smelled musty, like it needed some clorox or lysol.

I can say I felt 100% confident booking at this particular hotel due to its positive reputation and previous stays in various cities and states for travel. But this specific location comes highly disappointing! The lady who did my check in was very out of touch with reality sounded like a robot and walked around in house shoes (unprofessional). Then when I got to my room on the surface it was ok, but once I had a chance to really look at things I found mold in the restroom and in the tub. The carpet was nasty and the refrigerator worked when it wanted to. Because I brought food with me this was an important feature for me. When I took it the receptionist she tried another room and as soon as she opened the door it reeked of sitting mold. The breakfast was the only good thing was the breakfast it was nice and clean. Other than that I wouldn’t stay in something so filthy again. I will say I believe it was the manager who asked how my stay was and apologize for it not being up to par and how my play was not a pleasant one.

Clean, nice, solid hotel with great customer service. Walk to multi restaurants and bars…very short drive to many others. Fantastic location!

Stains and couch had rips unexepible for a holiday inn in my opinion..

The carpet had stans on the floir not exepible for a holiday inn. Couch had tears in it. Unexeptible for a holiday inn. But breakfast ok as well i expected a little better..

I took pictures, room was big but void. Bathroom was so small it was hard to close the door and use the miniture commode. Nowhete close to udual standard of any holiday inn. Very disappointing.
