Room as tired and a bit tatty, no separate shower, staff were generally unwelcoming and occasionally rude particularly at breakfast, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, WiFi was so poor we ended up using our mobile data. This was meant to be a junior suite! We’ve stayed in much better standard rooms in other hotels around the world

The staff were friendly, very professional and always helpful. I loved the breakfast particularly as there were many options for maintaining a low cholesterol healthy diet as well as the many other delicious but more cholesterol laden options. Good coffee is easy to find in Spain, but the coffee in the Avenida is excellent.

We booked last minute for 1 night when our flight home was cancelled. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of choice.

The breakfast was diverse and lovely. The room was a but dusty.

It had a unique room floorplan. We had 3 in our party. So we wound up with a "two bedroom suite" kind of. It was different but it worked. They had beautiful wood floors!

A nice hotel in town, I think a business hotel rather than a holiday type hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, didn't try the main restaurant as we were quite late arriving.

Nice clean Hotel situated situated close to a big shopping centre and some restaurants. Would reccomemd to anyone wanting to stay somewhere clean i. Almeria. The only thing which could be improved it the Gluten free options for breakfast there was only fruit and a couple of like biscuits, no bread etc. Overal it was a good stay the gluten free options were the only thing which let the hotel down.

The hotel was in a quiet residential location just a short bus ride to the city centre. There was a lovely pasteleria and a couple of great restaurants close by. The hotel was contemporary and the twin room was a good size. The staff were very helpful.

Spacious room and excellent toiletry supply service like a resort.
