The music was so loud that it came through the glass. I couldn't sleep all night. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The service from the staff was the worst (especially the male service staff in the lobby). Next time, I won't stay at this hotel again. 👎👎👎

I repeated but The hotel did not inform me that there are two rooms. I filed both bookings and plasporas.

The hotel is very near to the subway. But can't remember the solution Or we will take the A21 bus to pass Get off Nathan Road. The room is very new. Impressed on the return day. If depositing luggage, the hotel charges an additional deposit. Overall, it's impressive. I have stayed at the hotel that has not been renovated yet, so it's good enough to renovate a lot better than the old one.

The room is very small. Very different from the one in the photo, rather dirty, dirty.

Clean room, good looking Accommodation already, lots of food, convenience

Smaller than I expected. And it’s under renovation so it’s noisy and not comfy. They didn’t have a proper lobby. I think they should let the guess know before the guess make a reservation.

The room is small, the price is quite expensive but close to everywhere and most importantly very close if going to mtr.

Old but gold. Near to mtr stations, near to so many restaurant. Highly recommend!

good hotel, great location, good staffs

Clean, convenient, good service is a bit noisy.

The hotel, a bit old, mediocre. Front of the hotel has been a lot of places to eat, not too far from MTR. Overall it's okay.
