Good location

Hotel is conveniently located near Liseberg and the bus stop for airport. 5 minute walk into the city centre. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception staff very helpful.

The bathroom was dirty and had some red on the toliet seat. There was also long black hair everywhere on the floor

Overall it’s a decent hotel. Just warning that WiFi didn’t work at all in our room on third floor. Receptionist at the front desk basically told me ‘it is what it is’. Luckily I could use my network data in Sweden and it was a holiday not a work trip.

Fast and friendly check-in went very smoothly. Food was very acceptable for evening meal and breakfast. Service was good, friendly and efficient. Overall very happy with my stay here.

Great hotel. Fabulous breakfast!

The hotel looked better than expected. Check in was fast and problem free. The room was adequate and the bathroom fitted our needs. The shower was very good. We had breakfast for 3 days for which we coukd specify our arrival time. However, no one was ever there checking if we had arrived at our stated timeslot. After the first night, the middle lift broke down. For the rest of the weekend we had wait to grt up or down. I think the problem was made worse as there were lots of groups of women in pink, all going up or down at the same time. We ended up using the stairs as we arent the type to push our way in even though we had waited longer than some who didnt understand the queue concept. The staff were all nice and the breakfast team seemed very hard working. The location is very good. Really close the tram line, supermarkets and late night food. 10 minites to the train station and probably the same to Haga etc.... I would recommend if wanting something value for money.

Fab hotel lovely stay

20 minute walk from the train station, but right next to a tram stop. Rooms were clean and not too small. Breakfast options amazing.

Was ideal for food, transportation and shopping

Loved this location. Close to the city and amusement park. Walked everywhere. Great breakfast on the weekends, less great on weekdays, just not as abundant. The room was so great and comfortable, there was some mold in the bathroom ceiling that could have been wiped down, but totally understandable in an older hotel.

Excellent and tasty spread for breakfast, which caters for everyone. Our room superior twin with the full length windows had a incredible view over the city. If you suffer from vertigo though, you may feel a bit uneasy, but you will be fine as long as you don't go right up to the windows and for me worth It for that view. The room was actually a really good sizewith a large bathroom and easily accommodates 4 using the fold out double couch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby and all well priced if I consider against UK prices. Hotel is near 2 tram stops which means you can get everywhere easily and tbh if you prefer walking, is also within walking distance of most places and attractions. Have to add if you are visit for the Gothia cup the location. Is central with no venue more than 30 min away and a wlaj away from stadiums and main area Also getting to and from the airport I would recommend.bookng a taxi or getting a ln Uber if you are 3 or more persons. Overall really enjoyed out trip and stay at this hotel and would recommend this hotel.

Liked that it was by the tram line and within walking distance to the city center Didn’t like the fact that one could only check-in by 4pm but had to check-out earlier by 12noon.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect relaxing lobby. Amazing breakfast buffet and mezzanine hot tub and sauna complimentary for guests.

Beautiful. Loved the free spa retreat and the breakfast buffets. Just a fabulous hotel and walking distance to great restaurants.
