This hotel was an easy-in/easy-out and had good parking. The beds were lovely after a long day of travel and the breakfast buffet was nicely done with a wide variety of foods.

Kids and pet friendly hotel, however the kids were running through the corridors late at night and the walls super thin. Did affect sleep quality. No aircon but fan available.

It's a mediocre chain Hotel. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy and although you don't go away to watch TV it would have been nice to have a larger choice of channels, especially when you're travelling with a baby and are stuck in your room from early evening. The pool was broken on the first day so that was disappointing. That being said, my 1 year old threw up everywhere at 1am and the reception staff were helpful and gave us new bedding.

Just a 1 night stay at the Scandic. It was easy to find and plenty of free parking. The staff were very good and explained that you have to book a slot time for the pool and for breakfast the next morning due to Covid. Breakfast was very nice and the room was a standard, clean functional room.

Its a standard hotel with minimum accessories. only 2 towels. clean, fair breakfast. Will use again on my future visit to UMEA.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Shower head mount was broken but with the removable head it didn't cause any real issues. Very good restaurant and good variety for breakfast. Would stay at Scandic again.

It's a bit difficult to get into town, because the bus stops are not near by, which is problematic. Especially getting a bus to the airport.

Has plenty of parking for rental car. Has a good restaurant. Pool facilities were nice. The water was a little chilly so it was nice having he sauna nearby to warm up! Plenty of options at the free breakfast. Room was snug but very clean and modern. Nice having windows we could open at night to enjoy the fresh air.

Our stay at the Scandia Umea was a very pleasant experience especially due to its locale and access to restaurants, city sites and walking. We chose this hotel for these reasons as well as to get another "taste of Sweden" enroute to visiting friends in Stockholm. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and quiet. All-in-all, a wonderful stay. We would recommend this hotel to others visiting Umea.

A long walk to our room, a very interesting carpet along the miles of hall depicting various Swedish scenarios, a very nice breakfast with a variety of food.

The breakfast served at this hotel was the best I've had: lots of choices and enough tables and chairs so that one did not have to hurry. Our room was small, but more than adequate, especially since we were there only for a few hours a day. A short, nice walk across the river took us right to downtown Umea. The staff was kind and helpful. I have no negative comments about my experience and would readily recommend it to others.

Your food prices are too high. Quality and quantify O.K. We had to wait a long time for our bill, but that was due to the fact you had so few wait staff.

Just outside the town centre (15 minute walk) the hotel is just off the motorway. The immediate environment is not awe inspiring and the whole impression is one of low price overflow if the better central hotels are full. Every-thing was okay but no extras. The price was high for the standard, location and facilities.

Helt okej hotell, varken mer eller mindre. Plus för lättsam parkering men minus för att dom tar 29kr för en kopp kaffe fast än man bor där. Alla andra hotell har gratis kaffe
