Room was good for myself, partner and two children. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Only surprise was no tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

Dramatic lobby. Rooms not so spectacular but perfectly good. Decent breakfast.

Room was dirty - full of dust and stains on the walls. Asked for and got another room, it was as dirty as the first one. Hence, it was not unlucky, just poor cleanliness on the hotels part. Also, the hotel was full of kids who was attending some football camp or something, meaning young teenagers playing pranks, constant running in the corridors and slamming doors late at night. It was hard to relax and get some rest. Finally, we opted for the breakfast takeaway-bag, it was uninspiring to say the least and lacked some human touch (for example, no spoon so we’re left eating tougher with a fork). Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

We stayed few nights while visit family in the neighbourhood. Hotel is comfortable and very friendly staff. We also used their car parking under the hotel for convenience. Breakfast is plentiful, although they are struggling to keep up with cleaning tables and freeing it for the next customer. We would come back again

Great hotel walking distance to castle, arena, dining and shopping. Nice gym/spa on 7th floor. Great breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Meget lækkert hotel. Hjælpsomt personale, rent værelse og lækker morgenmad. God beliggenhed centralt i Örebro.

Mycket bra läge vid konferensanläggning och nära Örebro centrum. WiFi fungerade bra och mycket god och variationsrik frukost. God och prisvärd middag.

Bra och gedigen frukost centralt i Örebro. Externt P-hus finns i närheten. Dock väldigt dåligt ventilation och väldigt varmt i rummet under sommaren. Inga kylskåp på rummen.

Har ikke noe negativt å si. Vi kom midt på natta, fikk sjekket inn raskt, da det sto noen i resepsjonen. Rommet var strøkent og fint. Bra frokost utvalg, og frokosten varte til 11. Utsjekk 12.

Rum: Toalettstolen står i halva dörren så när man går upp på toa på natten så slår man sig halvt fördärvad på knäet om man inte sätter på lyset. Jag är allergisk och beställde en räksallad där man fick lov att plocka bort olika födoämnen pga av min allergi. Kocken kunde ha ersatt något med tex en bit bröd. Fick endast sallad och räkor. Mycket trevlig personal!

Bra rum och frukost. Något lyhört. Ett bra centralt läge. Lätt med parkering.
