Great location, restaurant connected to the hotel was great too! The buffet breakfast was top notch!

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Nice room in good area. When we arrived we were puzzled by there being a towel on the toilet. We later realised that this towel was ment for the sink (which was leaking). There was no handsoap in the dispenser nor in the shower. Bathroom fan was loud and was not possible to turn off.

Got in at 23:15, checking in, agreed to put the car in the car park, receptionist didn't know how to pay for parking, so told us to do an it in the morning at reception. 690 NKR ticket in the window, and even though it is a private gated parking, the arrogant receptionists did nothing to help or resolve the situation. Completely useless. Never that hotel again, I travel 180 days yearly, and this hit a new bottom level

False fire alarm was ringing continuously, as we are requested to evacuate the rooms which needed to walk through the narrow steps from 6’th floor. Area was nice with ample parking slots available !

No iron or ironing board in the room! TV didn't work either. Staff friendly and helpful

Bruker dette hotellet ofte fordi det er absolutt ingenting å klage på. De leverer hver eneste gang.

Ligger praktisk til i sentrum av byen med nærhet til det meste. Parkeringshuset var smalt og trangt, så vi foretrakk å parkere på parkeringsplassen ved siden av hotellbygget. Vennlig og imøtekommende personale. Rommet var rent og ryddig, men veldig varmt. Vi fikk heller ikke justert noe særlig på dette, annet enn å skru gulvvarmen på 0. Ingen AC. Veldig god frokost hos Egon som ligger i samme bygg. Veldig greit opphold til en god pris
