Last night almost no sleep. A group of people by the bar ranted until 2am and set of some fire door alarm sometimes around 4am which sounded for 1.5h... some door slamming and yelling in-between. Earplugs at least gave us a few hours of sleep. Nobody was around to deal with those intoxicated "guests". The team from the bar gave them a few shhhhhs and then left. Other than that the rooms were super clean, modern and the beds were comfy. Everybody was friendly. But that's not helping at night...

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. It wasn’t perfect but it was okay. However, this time was my worst experience ever. First, we were informed cars were being robbed in the parking lot next to the hotel and that we should be careful - not exactly reassuring for guests. The I was given a ground floor room and politely asked to change to a higher floor. The staff refused in a extremely rude way, claiming the hotel was fully booked. Their attitude at the reception was disrespectful and unprofessional. I woke up early, went to breakfast around 7:50 and stayed until 10. In that entire time, there were maybe 30 people. How can hotel with more than 350 rooms be ´fully booked’ yet nearly empty at breakfast. I even offered to pay extra for a better room, but they showed zero interest in accommodation me. Never again.

Dont expect a 4 star hotel, lack of services. Asked for a disposable razor, they don’t have while it’s clearly put on their services. Asked for a HDMI cable, they don’t have while they rent out meeting rooms. Wanna try out their wellness? You better go next door Bio-thermes, look at my pictures if you look at the 1 star feeling.

We enjoyed our stay, inclusive of sauna. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious. What could have been better out of all dishes is omlet served on breakfast - strange taste and dry. Otherwise all good. We had extra bed provided for us for free (because of 3 y.o. baby)

Very disappointing, could never be described as a 4 star hotel. Spartan room. No fridge/mini bar, No kettle or coffee maker. Double bed, with a tiny single duvet. One pillow one small hand towel in the bathroom with one small bath towel. Grey colourless decor, Breakfast was basic. The hot food was cold and one of two coffee machines was broken. I had to queue for coffee because a staff member was using the one working machine. All in all not a place to stay if you expect comfort or a warm welcome.
