I would recommend hotel to pay attention to details....in cleaning. Good way of doing so is to start thinking customers experience. When things start to look like in the pictures...you really can be sure that cleanliness is not top priority.... hasn't been in long time. This does not happen over day. Breakfast was good...I like steel cut oats porridge. Also front desk smiles are unforgettable 😃

We were 2 adulta and 2 kids sleeping in a small room. The size of the room wasn't an issue but having to tolerate the heat as the AC was not working and the alternative solution would have made us all sick from draft, I cannot see myself revisiting this hotel. We did complain but the staff said they couldn't do anything to the issue. Pretty bad to advertise AC in rooms and then it is not working... Breakfast was tho surprisingly good

Good Hotel. Very good Breakfast but I am impressed of the Service! The Lady's at the Reception where amazing friendly and could help me whit my reservation. I hade to cancel 3 Days and it was no problem. Big compliment!

Quite centrally located. Paid parking available,12€ for garage and 8€ outside next to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was ok. Good and friendly service at the reception. There is a sauna lounge on 7th floor with with a nice balcony, separate normal Finnish saunas and shared steam room.
