All good staff where friendly and gave good city spots to go to visit will stay again on next visit

A ten minute walk to the city centre partly through a park. Stayed here many times on my journey from Santander port to the Algarve.

Area was conveniently located and the staff was great

Hotel looks ok on arrival, but once inside is tired and dated. Carpets on corridor floors are in dire need of replacement, room furniture showing its age, and the mattress had a definite dip in the centre. Bathroom was much better, however, and the shower was spacious with strong water pressure. All staff encountered were friendly and obliging. Breakfast was a good selection, but would it not be more sensible to place the glasses near the juices??

This was a stopover for us and served the purpose very well. Located on outskirts of the old town and easily accessible from motorways. Walk to old town takes about 25 minutes. Hotel service was very good and helpful. Room was large and had all the amenities we required. What we did like was the choice of having a full buffet breakfast (14 Euros) or an express breakfast comprising a hot drink, orange juice and grilled croissant for 4.5 Euros.

A bit far to walk to the old town, however safe. Hotel located in the industrial part of town with very few restaurants in the area. Hotel is pretty dated and old but clean and comfortable.

Our stay worked out perfect. Parking and breakfast and location wre excellent

Hotel was within walking distance to all the historic sites. Clean, comfortable room. Paid for underground parking.

Booked for a one night stop off on our way back to U.K. from Portugal. Hotel was easy to find from the motorway. Room was comfortable and spacious. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Approx 15 minute walk to the old town.

The hotel was comfortable and well situated. We could walk to the places that we wanted to go and there was a supermarket close by. The staff was friendly. The room temperature was hot and, though we adjusted the thermostat, nothing changed. This was in December and we had to open the window to get some cool air in the room.

Great location in Salamanca. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Only downside was pillows were so flat we had to fold them in half. Not comfortable. Large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Easy walk into old city and Plaza Mayor.

This hotel was on the outskirts of Salamanca but a short, seven euros taxi ride into the beautiful centre of the city. The room was very adequate, breakfast delicious and the staff very diligent and efficient. A small problem withe initial room was immediately remedied. Recommended.

It was ok. First they were going to put us in 1 smelly small room (even though we had 2 rooms booked), but the next room was a much bigger and better family room on the higher floor.

Wonderful hotel, and a short walk into historic part of town, would stay here again.

Pretty good for one night stayed And not bad for walking around the old town .

We have used this hotel about 8 times over the years as an overnight stop between the UK and Portugal. The rooms and bathrooms are superb the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very secure underground parking costs 11 euros a night and a good hot and cold breakfast 8 euros. About a 10 to 15minute walk across the old Roman bridge into the historic centre of Salamanca. If you can get a second or third floor room overlooking the city the views especially at night are magnificent. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and the superior ones are worth the extra euros if they are available. Unreservedly recommend this hotel. Geoff and Linda Severn
