The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make my small family and I as comfortable as possible. Very accommodating, would definitely come back !

We stayed just one night the shower didn’t work , so they offered another room , the hotel is pretty old

It was s as good place to stay the night before our flight. There were many good restaurants nearby and it was relatively close to the airport.

Stayed here for a quick night trip in between traveling in Costa Rica. The property is kept well and the staff very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, and buffet style. Overall no complaints at all.

Olor horrible. En mis 3 últimas estadías lo mismo, sin embargo, esta vez fue la peor. Sube por los tubos de los baños. Pedí cambio de habitaciòn en la noche y no fue fàcil hacer entender a la recepcionista del problema. Creo q ya no volverè

Friendly staff

The hotel is good, clean property food was good too. I feel like all the hotels need he toilet flush fixed it is leaking in all the hotels i stayed.

I was surprised by the poor condition of the hotel based on the reviews I read. My coffee maker didn’t work, the tub didn’t drain properly and the room smelled a bit moldy. The receptionist and bartender were very helpful. There isn’t airport transportation but an uber cost about $15.

We made a mistake with our reservations in San Jose and found a need for a hotel at the last minute. This Four Points had availability and was only about 20 minutes from the airport. It was comfortable and has a decent restaurant and bar. The staff was gracious and it was a good port in the storm.

Well…. My room had trash from the person before, there was a pile of food leftover from breakfast sitting outside the door but once I found a cockroach and hair in the bathroom I requested a new room. Location great and staff friendly but hotel is definitely not well kept for being a Marriott.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a day, week or longer. Fantastic staff, breakfast is awesome, rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone single or family.

Service was beyond Good Thank you All

No shuttle to the airport. First red flag. Toilet was running continuously, I had to 'fix' it by turning the supply on and off. Food was well below average, we were not looking for a gourmet meal but seafood pasta was akin to being out of a can.

Friendly stuff, clean rooms. All as expected.
