Polite and helpful staff

Geat Area, very clean and super service.

The floor in the bathroom was sticky. There were dirty hand prints on the bathroom door frame. The carpet is disgusting. The room smelled like urine, and on the way out we discovered some dog poop on the carpet! Breakfast was alright.

I got a handicapped room and I should have returned to the front desk and mention this but I was tired and the room was fine. The issue was in the shower. It doesn’t accommodate a non handicap person, water gets everywhere and I was scared of slipping. Breakfast was great, parking too.

The hotel is in rough neighborhood. I felt safe personally but wasn't sure my car was safe. Lot's of homeless types hanging around the parking lot. Marijauna smoke prevalent.

Only complaint is with the front desk clerks. Both at check-in and check out. Check out clerk refused to provide a receipt or some type of confirmation that I was checked out and no further charges would be applied.

I would suggest getting longer shower curtain & shower heads spouts were squirting in different directions so water came out of shower & made a mess on bathroom floor. Staff very knowledgeable & friendly. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. They also changed the menu daily for the main course, which was nice. There’s also a subway, tacos, sushi and grocery store within walking distance. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Overall, I would stay here again.

I love that place but some the staff in front desk kind not nice one lady working night shift kind not friendly. And front desk staffs keep watching us when we are eating breakfast! That kind rude in the list we can breakfast for two people!

This Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.

I paid one price online and when we arrived we were told it would be twice the amount. When I tried to cancel I was told I could not get my money back. Girl at desk was rude. Never again

I enjoyed my stay, given the line, the staff remained poise, professional, and displayed genuine care.

Property was ok. Heather at the front desk was very nice and pleasant.

Very dissatisfied with my stay. On the night of arrival Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly and no cold water was being released from the shower head. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix the issue but they were unable too and said that a manager was gonna be sent up and nobody came. I had to proceed to fix the toilet on my own which is absurd because I payed top dollar for a “Deluxe” room.

Great place, good service. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of food and shopping in walking distance. Glad we chose it!
