All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more helpful. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, and had a lovely deep bath. I had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast in their restaurant which was immaculately kept, very reasonably priced and had a vast and delicious choice of foods.

No Where to eat or drink as taken over by a coach party. Went over the road to local bar.

The room worked well for our stay

Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

This room was one of the nicest rooms we found in Spain. It was very well decorated with elegant appeal, spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Very few stafff

Helpful and friendly but the rooms were hot and humid. AC certainly does not stand for Air Conditioning as I couldn't make the room very cool at all. Breakfast also was limited and not particularly appealing but the kids enjoyed the pastries and juice so they were happy enough. Hotel was quiet and empty at the time so wonder if they cut back on things like this for that reason.

Friendly staff and great service. The hotel needs some remodeling on the hallways. I wish there was coffee in the room.

Efficient check-in, easy parking and nice convenient hotel. Lots of di ning options nearby. Breakfast was pretty good, altough no fried eggs etc offered. Will be back

Just a stopover for the night but this hotel was perfect. Comfortable, spotlessly clean,great breakfast, super staff and a 24hr gym and sauna (apart from a brief closure very early morning, for cleaning). Amazing shopping centre 5 mins drive away, other great shops, cinema and restaurants just across the road. 5-10 mins drive into the city centre and only a 2 minute drive to the motorway to Portugal and the north.

Was a bit surprised that they closed the hotel bar over the weekend. Made no sense
