Close to old Quebec shopping and eateries.

Clean room, friendly staff, close to the old city and Congress Centre where my conference was held.

Outstanding property right at the entrance to Old Town Quebec City. Everything is within walking distance!

All in all it was a great stay. Bonus was it’s a very clean hotel. The room was cleaned well each day, which was nice as we have a baby (dirty diapers). Also it’s a prime location. Very walkable even with a stroller.

Good hotel, staff were friendly but seemed like they were not quite expecting our arrival. As it turns out, though we booked ahead we were given the a suite not suited for us, buried in the ground at the back of the building with the sidewalk looking in from above. Very innerving being in Quebec City and having to keep the curtains closed permanently. When we enquired in the morning about changing room for our second night, we were shrugged off and asked to bring it up later in the day again if anything could be done. Poor planning on their part, and a real letdown by the hotel for our vacation.

Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return again !!

We enjoyed the valet car service. Room layout was nice as well as the on-site restaurant where we had the buffet breakfast.

Very close to old Quebec City

Great staff. Breakfast Buffett had a great verities. Location is excellent, across from the old city and lots of throngs to do.

The hotel is quit good even if its small, the location is good but the parking is not easy access.

This my 4th time that I've stayed at the Marriott Quebec City. It's a beautiful, quaint hotel with a great view of the fortified wall and gate at Rue St. John. Quebec City is to me the most beautiful city in all of North American and the Marriott hotel is a great location and hotel.

So very close to the old city of Quebec. An easy walk to the streets and shops.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right at the entrance of Old Quebec City, which made it easy to explore. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops were just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing

We will be back to this location. We wanted the trip to be carefree and relax and enjoy our surroundings. That is exactly what happened. The Marriott Hotel was perfectly located to enjoy everything that Quebec City had to offer.

Hotel was nice and convenient. Waited over an hour at the bar waiting for our room to be ready. Check in was 4 and room wasn’t ready til after 5. Then we were given keys to a room already occupied. For our inconvenience they gave us 2 free drink vouchers. Sat at the bar for an hour and never got waited on. Nice hotel, service reds a lot of improvements

Had a great stay!

The only feedback I can provide is that while having breakfast on 2025.08.10 we ordered from the menu. One plate was ready and waiting for the second. Both plates were sitting on the kitchen bar counter next to the omelette menu. 5 customers went up to kitchen, right in front of the waiting plates and food, about 20 » away and were ordering their food, possibly projecting their spit on our food. Given the lessons for Covid, I thought this was in poor judgement.
